civil_a magistrate_n under_o who_o he_o live_v he_o have_v small_a encouragement_n to_o pray_v for_o the_o conversion_n of_o such_o a_o magistrate_n to_o the_o truth_n in_o case_n he_o be_v for_o the_o present_a heterodox_n or_o pagan_a it_o be_v far_o better_o for_o he_o to_o live_v under_o such_o a_o magistracy_n which_o have_v no_o power_n to_o mis-use_a he_o for_o his_o conscience_n sake_n
