of_o their_o so_o much_o preach_v and_o print_v that_o the_o light_n within_o do_v not_o effect_v those_o thing_n which_o they_o ascribe_v to_o it_o but_o the_o say_a thing_n be_v effect_v by_o a_o unclean_a spirit_n of_o their_o silent_a meeting_n that_o several_a of_o their_o follower_n have_v confess_v themselves_o possess_v with_o the_o devil_n and_o of_o the_o sad_a prank_n he_o play_v in_o one_o that_o think_v himself_o perfect_a sect._n 1_o that_o those_o that_o call_v themselves_o preacher_n of_o and_o to_o the_o light_n within_o all_o man_n preach_v not_o to_o the_o creature_n man_n but_o a_o suppose_a seed_n or_o uncreated_a substance_n in_o man_n be_v clear_o discover_v by_o their_o writing_n wherein_o they_o have_v these_o word_n viz._n a_o salutation_n to_o the_o seed_n of_o god_n and_o by_o these_o and_o such_o like_a expression_n viz._n i_o speak_v to_o the_o light_n in_o your_o conscience_n which_o shall_v eternal_o witness_v etc._n etc._n now_o if_o the_o light_n in_o the_o conscience_n shall_v eternal_o witness_v than_o that_o light_n must_v needs_o be_v understand_v to_o be_v eternal_a for_o nothing_o can_v be_v a_o eternal_a witness_n but_o a_o eternal_a thing_n but_o god_n only_o be_v eternal_a that_o be_v without_o beginning_n and_o without_o end_n man_n be_v a_o creature_n that_o have_v a_o beginning_n though_o he_o shall_v have_v no_o end_n but_o shall_v for_o ever_o be_v in_o tribulation_n or_o in_o rest_n as_o a_o reward_n of_o disobedience_n or_o as_o the_o effect_n of_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n and_o his_o gift_n thereby_o to_o he_o that_o believe_v and_o obey_v the_o gospel_n therefore_o no_o part_n of_o man_n be_v god_n or_o of_o the_o uncreated_a or_o eternal_a substance_n and_o they_o in_o preach_v to_o a_o eternal_a thing_n preach_v not_o to_o man_n that_o have_v a_o beginning_n and_o have_v lose_v his_o first_o righteousness_n but_o which_o i_o fear_v to_o speak_v even_o to_o god_n for_o when_o i_o have_v at_o their_o public_a meeting_n thus_o question_v the_o speaker_n what_o be_v it_o which_o thou_o speak_v and_o preach_v too_o the_o teacher_n have_v cry_v out_o in_o great_a haste_n call_v all_o the_o person_n that_o hear_v he_o speak_v to_o witness_v for_o he_o that_o he_o speak_v to_o the_o light_n in_o their_o conscience_n to_o the_o seed_n of_o god_n etc._n etc._n whereupon_o i_o have_v ask_v he_o what_o be_v that_o light_n in_o the_o conscience_n what_o be_v that_o seed_n of_o god_n in_o its_o self_n i_o have_v then_o be_v answer_v that_o it_o be_v christ_n as_o if_o christ_n be_v not_o a_o person_n distinct_a from_o all_o other_o person_n but_o only_o a_o certain_a spirit_n or_o power_n in_o all_o person_n and_o that_o his_o death_n and_o resurrection_n be_v accomplish_v only_o in_o a_o mystical_a not_o in_o a_o proper_a sense_n and_o have_v a_o great_a affection_n to_o vindicate_v this_o mystical_a allegation_n and_o to_o turn_v the_o mind_n of_o their_o hearer_n from_o the_o substance_n forasmuch_o say_v the_o apostle_n as_o the_o child_n be_v partaker_n of_o flesh_n and_o blood_n he_o also_o himself_o likewise_o take_v part_n of_o the_o same_o heb._n 2._o 14._o the_o flesh_n soul_n and_o spirit_n of_o all_o man_n and_o the_o flesh_n soul_n and_o humane_a spirit_n of_o christ_n be_v of_o one_o substance_n there_o be_v indeed_o a_o personal_a and_o a_o accidental_a the_o same_o after_o he_o have_v sin_v as_o before_o but_o not_o the_o condition_n so_o the_o substance_n of_o christ_n flesh_n soul_n and_o humane_a spirit_n not_o of_o the_o spirit_n of_o holiness_n be_v the_o same_o with_o adam_n now_o since_o adam_n sin_v but_o the_o condition_n the_o same_o with_o adam_n before_o he_o sin_v for_o though_o the_o eternal_a word_n take_v hold_v of_o the_o seed_n
