content_a for_o the_o present_a to_o give_v up_o some_o thing_n which_o yet_o perhaps_o be_v i_o dispose_v to_o be_v tenacious_a will_v not_o so_o easy_o be_v wrest_v from_o i_o and_o to_o allow_v the_o pretension_n for_o a_o late_a and_o deathbed_n repentance_n all_o the_o advantage_n which_o the_o case_n before_o we_o can_v in_o any_o tolerable_a construction_n furnish_v they_o with_o as_o though_o the_o law_n of_o man_n take_v hold_v of_o be_v yet_o in_o the_o eye_n of_o god_n less_o offensive_a than_o long_o and_o wilful_a habit_n of_o sin_n less_o scandalous_a in_o their_o own_o declaration_n of_o they_o mention_v by_o st._n luke_n nay_o if_o you_o please_v i_o will_v accept_v st._n chrysostom_n and_o st._n jerome_n method_n of_o reconcile_a this_o with_o the_o other_o evangelist_n which_o be_v that_o this_o thief_n also_o do_v at_o first_o join_v with_o his_o fellow_n in_o reproach_v and_o rail_v at_o jesus_n but_o that_o afterward_o by_o our_o lord_n behaviour_n and_o the_o many_o miraculous_a appearance_n at_o his_o passion_n he_o be_v powerful_o wrought_v upon_o and_o present_o change_v as_o we_o see_v and_o consequent_o his_o acceptance_n with_o christ_n
