other_o man_n error_n or_o else_o coin_v a_o new_a heresy_n of_o their_o own_o this_o sure_o be_v a_o great_a matter_n profitable_a to_o be_v learn_v use_v necessary_a to_o be_v remember_v which_o there_o be_v almost_o none_o which_o can_v be_v compare_v to_o the_o tentation_n of_o origen_n in_o who_o be_v very_o many_o gift_n â—o_o rare_a so_o singular_a so_o strange_a that_o in_o the_o begin_n any_o will_v have_v think_v that_o his_o opinion_n may_v have_v be_v believe_v of_o all_o man_n for_o if_o life_n procure_v authority_n he_o be_v a_o man_n of_o great_a industry_n of_o great_a chastity_n patience_n and_o labour_n if_o family_n or_o learning_n who_o more_o noble_a be_v of_o that_o house_n which_o be_v honourable_a for_o martyrdom_n himself_o afterward_o for_o christ_n deprive_v not_o of_o father_n only_o but_o also_o spoil_v of_o all_o his_o patrimony_n and_o so_o much_o he_o profit_v in_o the_o mystery_n of_o holy_a poverty_n that_o as_o it_o be_v report_v for_o the_o confession_n of_o christ_n name_n he_o often_o endure_v much_o affliction_n neither_o be_v he_o only_o adorn_v with_o these_o gift_n all_o which_o afterward_o serve_v for_o tentation_n but_o be_v endue_v also_o with_o a_o force_n of_o wit_n so_o profound_a so_o quick_a so_o elegant_a that_o he_o far_o excel_v almost_o all_o other_o whatsoever_o a_o man_n of_o such_o wonderful_a learning_n who_o all_o thing_n be_v subject_a for_o unless_o there_o be_v some_o angel_n which_o converse_v both_o with_o the_o dead_a and_o the_o live_n our_o lord_n jesus_n will_v not_o have_v say_v it_o he_o have_v former_o dear_o love_v but_o it_o must_v be_v say_v that_o such_o thing_n as_o those_o happen_v miraculous_o and_o be_v far_o different_a from_o the_o usual_a course_n which_o god_n have_v appoint_v unto_o the_o nature_n of_o all_o sort_n of_o thing_n for_o because_o our_o lord_n turn_v once_o water_n into_o wine_n we_o must_v not_o therefore_o forget_v what_o the_o nature_n of_o of_o a_o other_o yet_o be_v god_n always_o assistant_n unto_o nature_n without_o who_o it_o can_v not_o be_v and_o in_o miracle_n themselves_o nature_n be_v not_o absolute_o exclude_v because_o at_o least_o in_o she_o though_o not_o by_o she_o they_o be_v wrought_v we_o must_v not_o therefore_o imagine_v that_o the_o dead_a do_v ordinary_o and_o of_o course_n mix_v themselves_o in_o the_o affair_n of_o the_o live_n because_o the_o martyr_n do_v sometime_o show_v themselves_o present_a saint_n how_o miracle_n be_v wrought_v by_o pray_v to_o saint_n for_o the_o cure_n or_o help_n of_o some_o particular_a person_n but_o rather_o we_o be_v to_o know_v it_o be_v by_o divine_a power_n of_o privilege_n &_o dispensation_n that_o the_o martyr_n themselves_o be_v present_a with_o we_o at_o any_o time_n because_o the_o dead_a general_o &_o by_o any_o virtue_n of_o their_o own_o nature_n can_v be_v so_o although_o i_o confess_v to_o determine_v in_o what_o particular_a manner_n the_o martyr_n do_v help_v they_o saint_n here_o he_o inquire_v the_o manner_n how_o miracle_n be_v obtain_v by_o pray_v to_o saint_n who_o for_o certain_a be_v help_v by_o the_o martyr_n be_v a_o matter_n far_o above_o my_o capacity_n that_o be_v to_o say_v whither_o the_o martyr_n be_v present_a in_o their_o own_o person_n at_o the_o same_o time_n in_o so_o divers_a and_o far_o distant_a place_n as_o their_o memory_n be_v or_o that_o they_o otherwise_o happen_v to_o show_v themselves_o or_o whither_o that_o god_n almighty_a the_o martyr_n abide_v always_o in_o that_o place_n which_o be_v appoint_v for_o their_o merit_n far_o remote_a from_o the_o conversation_n of_o man_n yet_o pray_v general_o for_o the_o necessity_n of_o those_o who_o pray_v unto_o they_o in_o the_o same_o manner_n as_o we_o pray_v for_o the_o dead_a to_o who_o we_o be_v never_o present_a nor_o know_v where_o they_o be_v or_o what_o they_o do_v or_o i_o say_v whither_o that_o god_n almighty_a himself_o who_o be_v every_o where_o present_a though_o not_o as_o join_v to_o we_o nor_o as_o divide_v from_o we_o hear_v the_o prayer_n which_o the_o martyr_n make_v do_v by_o the_o ministry_n of_o angel_n which_o he_o send_v chap._n xviii_o to_o conclude_v therefore_o thing_n stand_v thus_o as_o have_v be_v say_v we_o be_v not_o to_o imagine_v that_o any_o thing_n we_o do_v for_o the_o dead_a do_v profit_v they_o save_o resurrection_n of_o the_o flesh_n do_v yet_o perform_v such_o thing_n to_o their_o dead_a how_o much_o more_o ought_v we_o to_o do_v so_o who_o believe_v not_o only_o that_o the_o dead_a body_n shall_v rise_v again_o and_o live_v for_o ever_o but_o that_o the_o performance_n of_o such_o good_a office_n towards_o they_o be_v itself_o in_o some_o sort_n a_o testimony_n of_o that_o faith_n but_o that_o we_o bury_v they_o at_o the_o memory_n of_o the_o martyr_n as_o i_o have_v say_v before_o in_o this_o respect_n only_o it_o seem_v to_o i_o to_o advantage_v the_o dead_a namely_o that_o
