life_n whilst_o they_o be_v the_o keeper_n of_o god_n peace_n upon_o earth_n and_o the_o dispenser_n of_o his_o common_a justice_n among_o man_n whilst_o they_o impartial_o determine_v all_o dispute_n between_o man_n and_o man_n whilst_o they_o be_v terror_n unto_o evil_a doer_n and_o the_o encourager_n of_o those_o that_o do_v good_a and_o in_o fine_a whilst_o they_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o their_o sovereign_a power_n to_o their_o vice-roys_n they_o communicate_v part_n of_o their_o royal_a state_n to_o they_o also_o and_o therefore_o much_o of_o that_o outward_a pomp_n and_o ceremony_n which_o have_v be_v think_v necessary_a to_o support_v the_o majesty_n of_o crown_a head_n have_v be_v proportionable_o allow_v to_o judge_n and_o inferior_a magistrate_n thence_o come_v their_o
