38._o intend_v to_o mar_v the_o romish_a market_n of_o gainful_a dispensation_n and_o injurious_a prohibition_n profess_v to_o allow_v all_o marriage_n that_o be_v not_o prohibit_v by_o god_n law_n such_o be_v this_o in_o hand_n prohibit_v though_o not_o in_o the_o letter_n yet_o in_o necessary_a inference_n and_o interpretation_n the_o canon_n 99_o of_o 1603._o have_v thus_o no_o person_n shall_v marry_v within_o the_o degree_n prohibit_v by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o express_v in_o a_o table_n set_v forth_o by_o authority_n in_o the_o year_n 1563._o and_o all_o marriage_n so_o make_v and_o contract_v shall_v be_v adjudge_v incestuous_a and_o unlawful_a what_o scruple_n can_v arise_v hence_o here_o be_v a_o perfect_a harmony_n betwixt_o statute_n and_o canon_n it_o be_v a_o
