into_o bitter_a and_o all_o earthly_a joy_n into_o sorrow_n all_o their_o pleasure_n into_o eternal_a pain_n and_o misery_n and_o o_o how_o will_v they_o cry_v out_o against_o themselves_o for_o slight_v the_o salvation_n of_o their_o soul_n for_o the_o sake_n of_o and_o love_n to_o these_o thing_n when_o it_o will_v be_v too_o late_a heb._n ii_o 3._o how_o shall_v we_o escape_v if_o we_o neglect_v so_o great_a salvation_n xii_o i_o closed_n the_o last_o day_n with_o the_o second_o point_n of_o doctrine_n namely_o that_o the_o great_a salvation_n of_o the_o gospel_n may_v be_v neglect_v i_o shall_v now_o proceed_v to_o the_o three_o and_o last_o proposition_n doct._n 3._o there_o be_v no_o possibility_n for_o such_o or_o any_o one_o soul_n of_o they_o to_o escape_v that_o neglect_v the_o great_a salvation_n of_o the_o gospel_n first_o i_o shall_v show_v you_o what_o it_o be_v they_o can_v escape_v second_o why_o they_o can_v escape_v three_o when_o or_o at_o what_o time_n they_o shall_v not_o escape_v four_o show_v why_o the_o gospel_n have_v such_o fearful_a commination_n and_o threaten_n contain_v in_o it_o first_o they_o shall_v not_o escape_v the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n which_o all_o ungodly_a and_o unbelieving_a sinner_n lie_v under_o for_o no_o man_n be_v nor_o can_v be_v deliver_v from_o the_o curse_n thereof_o but_o only_o those_o who_o believe_v in_o jesus_n christ_n and_o embrace_v the_o salvation_n of_o the_o gospel_n for_o christ_n be_v the_o end_n of_o the_o law_n for_o righteousness_n to_o every_o one_o that_o 4._o believe_v to_o they_o that_o believe_v and_o to_o every_o one_o of_o they_o but_o not_o to_o those_o that_o believe_v not_o christ_n have_v bear_v the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n he_o by_o his_o actual_a obedience_n fulfil_v the_o righteousness_n thereof_o and_o by_o bear_v the_o penalty_n of_o it_o which_o our_o sin_n incur_v by_o his_o death_n he_o have_v deliver_v all_o that_o believe_v from_o the_o curse_n thereof_o but_o the_o curse_n of_o it_o remain_v on_o all_o they_o who_o receive_v not_o jesus_n christ_n it_o have_v its_o full_a blow_n and_o stroke_n on_o all_o gospel_n neglecter_n because_o it_o be_v by_o he_o and_o no_o other_o way_n we_o can_v be_v deliver_v from_o the_o curse_n thereof_o 2._o therefore_o it_o follow_v in_o the_o second_o place_n that_o they_o can_v be_v deliver_v from_o the_o gild_n and_o punishment_n of_o their_o sin_n their_o sin_n lie_v upon_o they_o they_o be_v charge_v upon_o all_o that_o neglect_n or_o refuse_v the_o salvation_n wrought_v out_o by_o jesus_n christ_n it_o be_v the_o decree_n of_o the_o eternal_a god_n that_o all_o such_o that_o believe_v not_o shall_v bear_v their_o own_o sin_n because_o they_o reject_v jesus_n christ_n who_o have_v bear_v the_o punishment_n that_o be_v due_a to_o sin_n some_o conceit_n that_o they_o need_v not_o this_o salvation_n need_v not_o the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n or_o faith_n in_o christ_n and_o this_o through_o ignorance_n conclude_v their_o state_n be_v good_a jesus_n say_v unto_o they_o if_o you_o be_v blind_a you_o shall_v have_v no_o sin_n but_o now_o you_o say_v we_o 41._o see_v therefore_o your_o sin_n remain_v they_o think_v their_o own_o righteousness_n be_v sufficient_a and_o be_v ignorant_a of_o god_n righteousness_n and_o hence_o the_o gild_n of_o their_o sin_n remain_v upon_o they_o 3._o all_o those_o that_o neglect_v this_o so_o great_a salvation_n shall_v not_o escape_v the_o wrath_n of_o god_n this_o follow_v as_o the_o natural_a consequence_n of_o the_o former_a divine_a wrath_n parsue_v they_o and_o every_o soul_n of_o they_o that_o believe_v not_o but_o refuse_v the_o grace_n of_o god_n offer_v by_o jesus_n christ_n in_o the_o gospel_n like_v as_o the_o avenger_n of_o blood_n pursue_v the_o man_n slayer_n under_o the_o law_n the_o city_n of_o refuse_n be_v a_o type_n of_o christ_n it_o be_v to_o he_o all_o guilty_a sinner_n must_v fly_v if_o they_o escape_v the_o wrath_n and_o vengeance_n of_o god_n divine_a justice_n be_v only_o satisfy_v in_o christ_n and_o sinner_n for_o not_o accept_v and_o receive_v by_o faith_n that_o atonement_n and_o plead_v that_o satisfaction_n he_o have_v make_v wrath_n follow_v they_o even_o at_o their_o heel_n and_o will_v strike_v they_o down_o he_o 35._o that_o believe_v not_o shall_v not_o see_v life_n but_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n abide_v on_o he_o wrath_n be_v upon_o all_o natural_o we_o be_v all_o by_o nature_n the_o child_n of_o wrath_n but_o it_o remain_v no_o long_o upon_o they_o that_o believe_v but_o it_o abide_v on_o such_o that_o believe_v not_o 4._o they_o shall_v not_o escape_v the_o damnation_n of_o hell_n or_o everlasting_a burn_a our_o saviour_n speak_v to_o the_o scribe_n and_o pharisee_n say_v how_o can_v you_o escape_v the_o damnation_n of_o hell_n yet_o they_o be_v a_o 33._o people_n that_o appear_v outward_o righteous_a to_o man_n and_o boast_v that_o they_o be_v not_o extortioner_n unjust_a adulterer_n or_o such_o as_o publican_n be_v but_o alas_o no_o righteousness_n will_v carry_v a_o man_n to_o heaven_n 11._o but_o a_o perfect_a complete_a sinless_a righteousness_n paul_n be_v not_o a_o hypocrite_n as_o some_o of_o the_o pharisee_n be_v before_o he_o believe_v yet_o his_o righteousness_n though_o according_a to_o the_o letter_n of_o the_o law_n
