ill_a success_n in_o our_o worldly_a business_n damage_n and_o hurt_n in_o household_n commodity_n and_o the_o rest_n final_o such_o as_o be_v personal_a as_o sore_n and_o sickness_n poverty_n and_o want_n of_o necessary_n exile_n imprisonment_n shame_n contempt_n loss_n of_o good_n or_o friend_n with_o innumerable_a other_o which_o be_v daily_o incident_a to_o the_o life_n of_o man_n §._o sect._n 2_o how_o we_o ought_v to_o prepare_v ourselves_o before_o affliction_n come_v that_o we_o may_v be_v able_a to_o bear_v they_o with_o patience_n when_o they_o come_v in_o which_o estate_n mortify_v and_o subdue_a of_o our_o inordinate_a affection_n and_o unruly_a passion_n that_o they_o may_v become_v in_o all_o thing_n subject_a to_o the_o will_n of_o god_n and_o in_o the_o deny_v of_o ourselves_o and_o our_o own_o will_n that_o we_o may_v in_o all_o estate_n submit_v our_o person_n good_n and_o life_n to_o his_o good_a pleasure_n and_o so_o take_v up_o our_o cross_n and_o follow_v christ_n more_o especial_o we_o must_v seek_v to_o moderate_v our_o fear_n which_o aggravate_v our_o grief_n and_o be_v oftentimes_o more_o troublesome_a than_o the_o evil_n fear_v confine_v of_o our_o own_o make_n and_o make_v a_o mountain_n of_o every_o molehill_n mortify_v our_o melancholic_a discontent_n by_o a_o true_a faith_n which_o will_v persuade_v we_o that_o that_o estate_n be_v best_a for_o we_o in_o which_o god_n have_v place_v we_o pull_v down_o our_o pride_n and_o haughtiness_n of_o spirit_n which_o be_v one_o chief_a cause_n of_o impatiency_n murmur_v and_o repine_v under_o the_o cross_n as_o though_o we_o be_v worse_o deal_v with_o then_o we_o deserve_v cast_v away_o all_o emulation_n in_o prosperity_n which_o in_o our_o affliction_n will_v vex_v we_o as_o
