which_o be_v the_o exercise_n of_o this_o twofold_a power_n be_v law_n or_o rather_o give_v of_o law_n or_o judge_v according_a to_o these_o law_n for_o these_o law_n be_v the_o rule_n of_o this_o administration_n of_o the_o subject_n duty_n and_o of_o god_n judgement_n as_o the_o judgement_n put_v the_o law_n in_o execution_n according_a to_o the_o obedience_n or_o disobedience_n of_o the_o subject_n concern_v these_o law_n we_o may_v observe_v 1._o that_o they_o bind_v the_o conscience_n and_o the_o immortal_a soul_n to_o obedience_n and_o make_v man_n upon_o their_o disobedience_n
