maintenance_n of_o catholic_n communion_n and_o the_o exercise_n of_o discipline_n as_o i_o have_v already_o show_v so_o the_o very_a nature_n of_o such_o combination_n admit_v and_o require_v appeal_n that_o if_o any_o presbyter_n or_o private_a christian_a be_v too_o severe_o censure_v by_o his_o bishop_n or_o without_o just_a cause_n he_o may_v find_v relief_n from_o the_o synod_n or_o primate_n or_o in_o whosoever_o the_o power_n of_o receive_v appeal_n be_v place_v for_o bishop_n be_v man_n and_o liable_a to_o humane_a passion_n and_o frailty_n and_o it_o will_v be_v impossible_a
