be_v the_o method_n in_o nature_n the_o ground_n muft_v be_v plough_v and_o prepare_v and_o then_o come_v the_o harvest_n let_v we_o be_v content_a with_o this_o method_n and_o rejoice_v in_o any_o suffering_n know_v it_o will_v have_v a_o bless_a issue_n and_o not_o to_o think_v much_o at_o suffer_v any_o thing_n for_o a_o good_a cause_n in_o ourselves_o or_o by_o way_n of_o sympathy_n or_o support_v with_o other_o because_o this_o be_v the_o high_a way_n to_o a_o better_a estate_n if_o we_o suffer_v with_o the_o church_n or_o for_o the_o church_n any_o kind_n of_o way_n we_o shall_v be_v comfort_v with_o the_o church_n it_o be_v that_o which_o sweeten_v the_o cross_n that_o we_o be_v under_o hope_n of_o better_a still_o who_o will_v not_o endure_v a_o little_a grievance_n in_o the_o way_n to_o have_v honour_n in_o the_o end_n to_o have_v ill_a usage_n in_o a_o inn_n and_o to_o go_v to_o a_o kingdom_n all_o our_o discomfort_n and_o affliction_n be_v but_o by_o the_o way_n here_o and_o cross_n be_v necessary_a for_o traveller_n and_o here_o we_o be_v but_o in_o a_o travel_a estate_n it_o shall_v i_o say_v encourage_v we_o not_o to_o take_v offence_n at_o any_o thing_n that_o god_n exercise_v we_o with_o in_o this_o world_n nor_o to_o take_v scandal_n at_o the_o affliction_n of_o the_o church_n and_o then_o it_o shall_v strike_v terror_n to_o those_o that_o will_v not_o endure_v so_o much_o as_o a_o scratch_n a_o scoff_n a_o word_n a_o chip_n of_o the_o cross_n that_o will_v endure_v nothing_o suffer_v do_v they_o know_v that_o this_o be_v god_n order_n do_v they_o avoid_v cross_n in_o any_o degree_n and_o do_v they_o think_v to_o have_v comfort_n no_o god_n will_v not_o change_v his_o order_n for_o they_o he_o have_v establish_v this_o order_n and_o the_o prophet_n make_v he_o desire_n deal_v with_o i_o lord_n as_o thou_o use_v to_o deal_v with_o those_o that_o fear_v thy_o name_n he_o know_v he_o deal_v well_o enough_o with_o they_o visit_v i_o with_o the_o salvation_n of_o thy_o child_n he_o know_v that_o be_v a_o special_a salvation_n so_o to_o have_v god_n deal_v with_o we_o as_o he_o deal_v with_o he_o and_o to_o visit_v we_o in_o mercy_n and_o love_n as_o he_o visit_v his_o own_o it_o be_v a_o special_a favour_n it_o be_v better_a to_o bear_v the_o cross_n with_o they_o that_o we_o may_v partake_v with_o they_o in_o the_o comfort_n then_o to_o have_v all_o the_o comfort_n that_o the_o wicked_a have_v and_o to_o share_v with_o they_o in_o the_o misery_n afterward_o therefore_o let_v we_o be_v content_a to_o share_v with_o god_n people_n in_o their_o suffering_n when_o we_o hear_v of_o any_o that_o suffer_v for_o a_o just_a cause_n though_o we_o have_v no_o suffering_n of_o our_o own_o let_v we_o bear_v a_o part_n with_o they_o and_o with_o the_o bond_n of_o the_o communion_n of_o saint_n help_v what_o we_o may_v and_o it_o be_v as_o true_a on_o the_o contrary_a if_o we_o partake_v with_o the_o wicked_a in_o their_o other_o sin_n we_o shall_v partake_v with_o they_o in_o their_o punishment_n therefore_o the_o scripture_n say_v come_v out_o of_o babylon_n my_o people_n lest_o if_o you_o partake_v of_o much_o in_o heaven_n and_o heavenly_a employment_n our_o conversation_n be_v in_o heaven_n say_v the_o apostle_n heaven_n how_o can_v we_o be_v in_o heaven_n more_o than_o by_o practise_v of_o that_o which_o the_o saint_n and_o angel_n and_o the_o cherubin_n and_o seraphin_n spend_v all_o their_o strength_n in_o there_o how_o do_v they_o spend_v all_o that_o bless_a strength_n with_o be_v this_o that_o our_o comfort_n be_v proportionable_a to_o our_o suffering_n what_o do_v i_o say_v proportionable_a it_o be_v above_o all_o proportion_n of_o suffering_n suffering_n as_o it_o be_v even_o as_o it_o be_v in_o the_o natural_a body_n so_o likewise_o in_o the_o mystical_a body_n there_o be_v a_o sympathy_n between_o the_o member_n likewise_o they_o partake_v of_o the_o suffering_n of_o other_o by_o way_n of_o proportion_n proportion_n they_o suffer_v in_o their_o kind_n and_o proportion_n as_o he_o suffer_v though_o perhaps_o not_o in_o the_o same_o very_a individual_a kind_n there_o be_v a_o portion_n of_o suffer_v in_o the_o church_n some_o suffer_v one_o way_n and_o other_o another_o but_o all_o partake_v of_o suffering_n in_o some_o degree_n or_o other_o then_o again_o here_o will_v not_o admit_v of_o a_o certain_a apprehension_n for_o the_o certainty_n in_o a_o man_n understanding_n it_o follow_v the_o certainty_n of_o the_o thing_n or_o else_o there_o be_v no_o adequation_n when_o there_o be_v a_o evenness_n in_o the_o apprehension_n to_o the_o thing_n than_o it_o be_v true_a but_o if_o we_o apprehend_v any_o thing_n that_o be_v here_o that_o either_o riches_n or_o life_n or_o favour_n will_v be_v thus_o or_o thus_o long_o it_o be_v no_o true_a apprehension_n we_o can_v build_v a_o certain_a hope_n upon_o a_o uncertain_a ground_n but_o of_o divine_a truth_n we_o can_v say_v if_o we_o see_v the_o one_o undoubted_o the_o other_o will_v follow_v if_o we_o see_v the_o sign_n of_o grace_n in_o any_o man_n that_o he_o be_v strong_a to_o
