deliverance_n and_o make_v way_n for_o the_o set_n up_o of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o his_o belove_a son_n have_v multitude_n multitude_n both_o of_o celestial_a and_o terrestrial_a creature_n to_o attend_v he_o and_o certain_o such_o great_a thing_n can_v never_o have_v be_v do_v if_o the_o ancient_n of_o day_n have_v not_o most_o glorious_o and_o wonderful_o appear_v for_o the_o help_n and_o support_v of_o his_o people_n how_o can_v they_o which_o be_v so_o few_o in_o number_n and_o in_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o world_n despise_v and_o despicable_a creature_n have_v carry_v on_o that_o work_n so_o effectual_o as_o to_o have_v cut_v off_o the_o late_a king_n though_o it_o be_v very_o believe_v and_o it_o be_v very_o probable_a there_o be_v at_o that_o very_a time_n twenty_o to_o one_o in_o this_o nation_n of_o england_n that_o be_v against_o it_o have_v not_o the_o lord_n assist_v they_o with_o thousand_o of_o angel_n and_o evident_o manifest_v himself_o to_o be_v with_o they_o thus_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o by_o the_o appear_a of_o the_o ancient_n of_o day_n mention_v in_o this_o chapter_n be_v mean_v his_o appear_v in_o his_o people_n in_o that_o spirit_n of_o judgement_n and_o justice_n that_o he_o give_v unto_o they_o and_o his_o appear_v for_o his_o people_n to_o own_o and_o defend_v and_o deliver_v they_o and_o to_o lay_v their_o enemy_n in_o the_o dust_n while_o he_o raise_v they_o up_o and_o make_v they_o sit_v in_o high_a place_n second_o whereas_o i_o say_v that_o this_o position_n be_v likewise_o the_o sense_n of_o this_o verse_n together_o unto_o they_o by_o the_o most_o high_a together_o with_o power_n and_o authority_n whereby_o they_o shall_v take_v away_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o little_a horn_n to_o consume_v and_o to_o destroy_v it_o unto_o the_o end_n i_o shall_v illustrate_v that_o thus_o in_o the_o 10_o verse_n be_v say_v that_o thousand_o thousand_o minister_v unto_o the_o ancient_n of_o day_n and_o ten_o sit_v in_o judgement_n that_o they_o be_v not_o angel_n but_o saint_n the_o saint_n of_o the_o most_o high_a for_o there_o it_o be_v say_v that_o the_o horn_n make_v war_n with_o the_o saint_n and_o prevail_v against_o they_o until_o the_o ancient_n of_o day_n come_v and_o judgement_n be_v give_v to_o the_o saint_n of_o the_o most_o high_a and_o then_o be_v his_o power_n take_v off_o for_o then_o the_o time_n come_v that_o the_o saint_n possess_v the_o kingdom_n and_o that_o those_o saint_n that_o have_v judgement_n give_v to_o they_o and_o that_o be_v say_v to_o sit_v in_o judgement_n that_o they_o be_v the_o instrument_n by_o who_o the_o beast_n be_v to_o be_v judge_v and_o slay_v be_v further_a clear_a in_o this_o 26_o verse_n where_o it_o have_v be_v declare_v in_o the_o former_a verse_n how_o evil_o the_o horn_n shall_v deal_v with_o the_o saint_n it_o be_v say_v but_o the_o judgement_n shall_v sit_v and_o they_o shall_v take_v away_o his_o dominion_n to_o consume_v and_o to_o destroy_v it_o unto_o the_o end_n thus_o it_o be_v also_o evident_o the_o sense_n of_o these_o verse_n compare_v together_o that_o by_o the_o judgement_n sit_v be_v mean_v a_o certain_a number_n of_o saint_n that_o by_o the_o wisdom_n providence_n and_o power_n of_o the_o most_o high_a be_v convene_v together_o and_o invest_v with_o power_n and_o authority_n and_o a_o spirit_n of_o judgement_n for_o this_o end_n to_o judge_v this_o little_a horn_n and_o do_v justice_n upon_o he_o and_o to_o take_v away_o his_o dominion_n to_o consume_v and_o to_o destroy_v it_o unto_o the_o end_n and_o this_o need_v not_o seem_v strange_a that_o the_o saint_n shall_v thus_o sit_v in_o judgement_n and_o do_v such_o thing_n as_o these_o for_o do_v you_o not_o know_v say_v the_o apostle_n of_o god_n be_v in_o their_o mouth_n and_o a_o two-edged_a sword_n in_o their_o hand_n to_o execute_v vengeance_n upon_o the_o heathen_a and_o punishment_n upon_o the_o people_n to_o bind_v their_o king_n with_o chain_n and_o their_o noble_n with_o fetter_n of_o iron_n to_o execute_v upon_o they_o the_o judgement_n write_v this_o honour_n have_v all_o his_o saint_n praise_v you_o the_o lord_n now_o i_o say_v since_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o the_o saint_n shall_v one_o day_n judge_v not_o only_o the_o world_n but_o the_o wicked_a angel_n the_o devil_n also_o and_o it_o be_v most_o certain_a that_o this_o prophecy_n of_o the_o psalmist_n wherein_o he_o speak_v of_o a_o time_n when_o god_n will_v beautify_v the_o meek_a of_o the_o earth_n with_o salvation_n and_o put_v his_o high_a praise_n in_o their_o mouth_n and_o a_o two_o edge_a sword_n into_o their_o hand_n to_o execute_v vengeance_n upon_o the_o heathen_a and_o punishment_n upon_o the_o people_n to_o bind_v their_o king_n and_o noble_n in_o chain_n and_o fetter_n of_o iron_n and_o to_o execute_v upon_o they_o the_o judgement_n write_v mark_v it_o the_o judgement_n write_v these_o thing_n be_v so_o it_o be_v no_o wonder_n that_o this_o write_a judgement_n shall_v be_v thus_o execute_v upon_o this_o horn_n or_o king_n thus_o it_o be_v clear_a that_o a_o company_n of_o saint_n convene_v together_o by_o the_o wise_a providence_n of_o the_o most_o high_a and_o invest_v with_o power_n and_o authority_n and_o a_o spirit_n of_o judgement_n be_v to_o do_v this_o work_n upon_o the_o horn_n and_o what_o particular_o they_o be_v be_v by_o providence_n now_o make_v very_o conspicuous_a the_o thing_n that_o be_v here_o speak_v of_o be_v now_o in_o a_o great_a measure_n accomplish_v for_o all_o prophecy_n be_v best_a understand_v in_o the_o fulfil_n of_o they_o namely_o that_o they_o be_v those_o precious_a and_o gracious_a one_o that_o by_o the_o wise_a and_o gracious_a disposal_n of_o the_o most_o high_a have_v be_v call_v to_o sit_v in_o parliament_n and_o the_o high_a court_n of_o justice_n which_o they_o erect_v who_o have_v have_v a_o spirit_n of_o wisdom_n of_o judgement_n and_o faithfulness_n put_v upon_o they_o whereby_o they_o have_v act_v faithful_o and_o zealous_o for_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o the_o peace_n and_o welfare_n of_o all_o their_o brethren_n i_o say_v it_o be_v the_o parliament_n and_o those_o employ_v by_o their_o authority_n who_o have_v hazard_v all_o that_o be_v dear_a unto_o they_o rather_o than_o to_o suffer_v the_o free_a people_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o among_o they_o the_o saint_n and_o people_n of_o god_n to_o be_v betray_v or_o give_v up_o to_o the_o power_n of_o those_o that_o will_v have_v rule_v tyranical_o and_o cruel_o over_o they_o but_o here_o let_v i_o not_o
but_o second_o to_o answer_v the_o ground_n of_o the_o objection_n thus_o i_o see_v no_o reason_n why_o any_o shall_v conclude_v that_o man_n make_v use_n of_o the_o creature_n in_o a_o reasonable_a and_o a_o moderate_a manner_n be_v that_o bondage_n of_o corruption_n that_o paul_n speak_v of_o for_o it_o be_v clear_a that_o â—t_a be_v no_o burden_n to_o the_o creature_n to_o be_v in_o subjection_n to_o man_n and_o to_o serve_v man_n when_o man_n be_v not_o unmerciful_a to_o they_o as_o we_o may_v see_v by_o the_o readiness_n of_o some_o creature_n as_o it_o be_v by_o a_o natural_a instinct_n to_o serve_v man_n willing_o but_o if_o any_o thing_n in_o or_o about_o man_n use_v the_o creature_n may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o bondage_n of_o corruption_n it_o be_v in_o regard_n of_o man_n unmerciful_a deal_n with_o many_o creature_n in_o lay_v more_o burden_n upon_o they_o then_o they_o can_v well_o bear_v and_o put_v of_o they_o to_o do_v more_o than_o they_o can_v well_o do_v but_o this_o bondage_n will_v then_o be_v remove_v from_o they_o but_o three_o what_o most_o proper_o may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v the_o bondage_n of_o corruption_n that_o now_o be_v upon_o the_o creature_n i_o have_v already_o speak_v of_o and_o that_o be_v that_o enmity_n which_o be_v in_o many_o creature_n each_o to_o other_o and_o to_o mankind_n or_o that_o hurtfulness_n that_o be_v in_o they_o and_o this_o they_o shall_v be_v deliver_v from_o in_o that_o day_n and_o that_o this_o be_v the_o genuine_a sense_n and_o meaning_n of_o the_o apostle_n when_o he_o say_v that_o the_o creature_n shall_v be_v deliver_v from_o the_o bondage_n of_o corruption_n in_o that_o glorious_a time_n of_o the_o manifestation_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n be_v clear_a my_o ground_n be_v this_o because_o i_o find_v the_o scripture_n declare_v that_o in_o that_o day_n this_o enmity_n and_o hurtfulness_n shall_v be_v remove_v from_o they_o as_o appear_v in_o those_o place_n i_o have_v already_o quote_v viz._n isa_n 11._o 6_o 7_o 8_o 9_o and_o isa_n 65._o 25._o and_o this_o be_v the_o main_a if_o not_o the_o only_a thing_n in_o which_o the_o scripture_n declare_v that_o the_o change_a condition_n of_o the_o creature_n in_o that_o day_n shall_v appear_v and_o nowhere_o it_o be_v say_v that_o the_o creature_n shall_v not_o then_o be_v for_o the_o use_n and_o service_n of_o man_n but_o the_o contrary_n be_v clear_a but_o fourthly_a that_o some_o creature_n be_v kill_v for_o the_o use_n of_o man_n what_o bondage_n be_v it_o for_o they_o for_o what_o other_o burden_n be_v it_o for_o one_o creature_n to_o be_v kill_v then_o for_o another_o creature_n to_o die_v a_o natural_a death_n be_v it_o not_o a_o silly_a thing_n to_o conceive_v that_o a_o violent_a death_n shall_v be_v worse_o to_o they_o then_o another_o death_n be_v because_o it_o be_v so_o to_o man_n see_v these_o creature_n that_o be_v not_o reasonable_a the_o thought_n of_o death_n be_v not_o terrible_a to_o they_o as_o to_o man_n they_o be_v for_o they_o fear_v it_o not_o nor_o know_v not_o what_o it_o be_v in_o regard_n they_o be_v not_o rational_a doubtless_o it_o be_v a_o weak_a thing_n to_o conceive_v that_o this_o kind_n of_o death_n shall_v be_v more_o burdensome_a to_o they_o then_o a_o natural_a death_n and_o consequent_o to_o think_v this_o to_o be_v the_o bondage_n of_o corruption_n speak_v of_o by_o the_o apostle_n but_o five_o as_o to_o that_o of_o adam_n eat_v fruit_n in_o innocence_n who_o can_v say_v that_o adam_n in_o innocence_n do_v eat_v only_a herb_n and_o fruit_n for_o though_o there_o be_v no_o mention_n of_o his_o eat_a flesh_n yet_o may_v he_o not_o eat_v flesh_n though_o the_o scripture_n be_v silent_a in_o the_o mention_v of_o it_o but_o if_o it_o shall_v be_v grant_v that_o adam_n continue_v but_o a_o little_a while_n in_o innocence_n do_v not_o feed_v upon_o flesh_n but_o upon_o herb_n and_o fruit_n at_o that_o time_n do_v it_o therefore_o follow_v that_o if_o he_o have_v continue_v long_o in_o innocence_n that_o he_o will_v not_o have_v eat_v flesh_n at_o any_o time_n be_v he_o at_o all_o forbid_a to_o eat_v flesh_n will_v it_o have_v be_v a_o sin_n to_o eat_v flesh_n we_o know_v that_o all_o creature_n be_v make_v for_o his_o use_n and_o put_v in_o subjection_n to_o he_o and_o we_o know_v that_o of_o his_o two_o elder_a son_n the_o one_o be_v a_o tiller_n of_o the_o ground_n and_o the_o other_o be_v a_o keeper_n of_o sheep_n and_o why_o be_v abel_n a_o keeper_n of_o sheep_n if_o they_o be_v not_o of_o use_n unto_o they_o for_o food_n as_o well_o as_o the_o fruit_n of_o the_o ground_n but_o doubtless_o the_o sheep_n which_o abel_n keep_v be_v of_o use_n for_o food_n unto_o they_o thus_o be_v there_o nothing_o of_o force_n in_o that_o supposition_n that_o adam_n do_v eat_v no_o flesh_n in_o innocence_n neither_o may_v it_o at_o all_o be_v argue_v that_o these_o creature_n shall_v not_o be_v make_v use_n of_o in_o this_o time_n of_o the_o restitution_n of_o all_o thing_n but_o it_o remain_v clear_a as_o the_o scripture_n declare_v it_o that_o in_o that_o time_n the_o saint_n shall_v have_v a_o comfortable_a use_n of_o all_o creature_n in_o a_o more_o pure_a mannder_n then_o ever_o and_o thus_o much_o in_o answer_n to_o this_o querie_n and_o thus_o have_v show_v as_o brief_o as_o i_o can_v what_o the_o glorious_a condition_n of_o this_o new_a jerusalem_n shall_v be_v both_o with_o respect_n to_o its_o internal_a and_o external_a glory_n which_o be_v to_o continue_v for_o a_o thousand_o year_n expire_v year_n a_o declaration_n of_o what_o be_v to_o follow_v after_o the_o thousand_o year_n be_v expire_v i_o shall_v now_o come_v to_o show_v as_o far_o as_o it_o be_v reveal_v unto_o i_o from_o the_o scripture_n what_o shall_v follow_v after_o this_o thousand_o year_n be_v finish_v in_o which_o i_o shall_v be_v very_o brief_a for_o the_o scripture_n be_v but_o brief_a in_o speak_v of_o these_o thing_n they_o be_v thing_n that_o be_v very_o far_o off_o but_o doubtless_o more_o may_v be_v reveal_v of_o they_o before_o that_o time_n come_v but_o for_o the_o present_a thus_o the_o scripture_n declare_v that_o after_o these_o thousand_o year_n be_v expire_v satan_n which_o as_o we_o have_v show_v during_o this_o thousand_o year_n must_v be_v bind_v and_o shut_v up_o in_o the_o bottomless_a pit_n must_v be_v loose_v again_o for_o a_o little_a season_n and_o this_o appear_v rev._n 20._o 2_o 3._o where_o it_o be_v say_v that_o he_o be_v shut_v up_o for_o a_o thousand_o year_n and_o after_o that_o he_o must_v be_v loose_v for_o a_o little_a season_n and_o be_v loose_v we_o shall_v see_v what_o work_n he_o do_v in_o the_o world_n vers_fw-la 8_o 9_o and_o he_o shall_v go_v out_o to_o deceive_v the_o nation_n which_o be_v in_o the_o four_o quarter_n of_o the_o earth_n gog_n and_o magog_n to_o gather_v they_o together_o to_o battle_n the_o number_n of_o who_o be_v as_o the_o sand_n of_o the_o sea_n and_o they_o go_v up_o on_o the_o breadth_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o compass_v the_o camp_n of_o the_o saint_n about_o and_o the_o belove_a city_n and_o fire_n come_v down_o from_o god_n out_o of_o heaven_n and_o devour_v they_o thus_o it_o be_v here_o declare_v what_o work_n satan_n be_v to_o do_v after_o he_o be_v loose_v viz._n he_o will_v go_v up_o and_o down_o again_o in_o the_o world_n among_o the_o nation_n that_o be_v in_o the_o four_o quarter_n of_o the_o earth_n that_o be_v those_o of_o the_o nation_n that_o be_v unbeliever_n that_o be_v say_v to_o be_v without_o the_o holy_a city_n be_v none_o of_o they_o but_o be_v subject_v to_o they_o and_o put_v under_o they_o and_o of_o these_o there_o will_v be_v in_o the_o whole_a world_n at_o that_o time_n a_o very_a great_a number_n for_o although_o all_o nation_n shall_v be_v convert_v to_o christ_n yet_o all_o person_n in_o all_o nation_n shall_v not_o but_o many_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v those_o that_o be_v say_v to_o be_v without_o the_o holy_a city_n rev._n 22._o 15._o for_o without_o be_v dog_n and_o sorcerer_n and_o whoremonger_n and_o murderer_n and_o idolater_n and_o whosoever_o love_v and_o make_v a_o lie_n and_o these_o shall_v satan_n after_o he_o be_v loose_v go_v up_o and_o down_o among_o and_o deceive_v they_o gather_v they_o together_o to_o battle_n persuade_v they_o hate_v the_o popish_a crew_n but_o when_o the_o lamb_n shall_v have_v overcome_v the_o ten_o kingdom_n and_o shall_v have_v put_v they_o into_o a_o new_a frame_n and_o posture_n and_o when_o his_o glory_n shall_v be_v wonderful_o see_v among_o his_o people_n and_o all_o the_o world_n shall_v hear_v how_o glorious_o he_o shall_v manifest_v himself_o among_o they_o in_o give_v of_o his_o people_n miraculous_a victory_n over_o and_o unheard_a of_o success_n against_o the_o beast_n and_o his_o associate_n and_o that_o in_o such_o a_o wonderful_a manner_n as_o the_o like_a have_v not_o be_v hear_v of_o and_o when_o the_o jew_n shall_v hear_v of_o this_o and_o hear_v how_o the_o kingdom_n be_v fall_v from_o the_o beast_n and_o how_o they_o loathe_v those_o abominable_a practice_n with_o a_o perfect_a hatred_n and_o how_o that_o they_o do_v all_o set_v themselves_o against_o that_o curse_a company_n and_o intend_v to_o make_v they_o desolate_a and_o utter_o to_o destroy_v they_o as_o the_o enemy_n of_o he_o who_o be_v the_o true_a christ_n at_o this_o time_n i_o say_v way_n will_v be_v make_v for_o the_o bring_n of_o they_o in_o and_o then_o the_o gospel_n in_o the_o purity_n of_o
