consider_v these_o great_a misery_n for_o thy_o people_n israel_n many_o time_n by_o their_o sin_n provoke_v thy_o anger_n and_o thou_o punish_v they_o by_o thy_o just_a judgement_n yet_o though_o their_o sin_n be_v never_o so_o grievous_a if_o they_o once_o return_v from_o their_o iniquity_n thou_o receive_v they_o to_o mercy_n we_o therefore_o most_o wretched_a sinner_n bewail_v our_o manifold_a sin_n and_o earnest_o repent_v we_o of_o our_o former_a wickedness_n and_o ungodly_a behaviour_n towards_o thou_o and_o whereas_o we_o can_v of_o ourselves_o purchase_v thy_o pardon_n yet_o we_o humble_o beseech_v thou_o for_o jesus_n christ_n sake_n to_o show_v thy_o mercy_n upon_o we_o &_o receive_v we_o again_o to_o thy_o favour_n grant_v we_o dear_a father_n these_o our_o request_n and_o all_o other_o thing_n necessary_a for_o we_o and_o thy_o whole_a church_n according_a to_o thy_o promise_n in_o jesus_n christ_n our_o lord_n in_o who_o name_n we_o beseech_v thou_o as_o he_o have_v teach_v we_o say_v our_o father_n which_o art_n etc._n etc._n evening_n prayer_n o_o lord_n god_n father_n everlasting_a and_o full_a of_o pity_n we_o acknowledge_v and_o confess_v that_o we_o be_v not_o worthy_a to_o lift_v up_o our_o eye_n to_o heaven_n much_o less_o to_o present_v ourselves_o before_o thy_o majesty_n with_o confidence_n that_o thou_o will_v hear_v our_o prayer_n and_o grant_v our_o request_n if_o we_o consider_v our_o own_o deserve_n for_o our_o conscience_n do_v accuse_v we_o and_o our_o sin_n do_v witness_n against_o we_o and_o we_o know_v that_o thou_o be_v a_o upright_a judge_n which_o do_v not_o justify_v the_o sinner_n and_o wicked_a man_n but_o punish_v the_o fault_n of_o all_o such_o as_o transgress_v thy_o commandment_n yet_o most_o merciful_a father_n since_o it_o have_v please_v thou_o to_o command_v we_o to_o call_v on_o thou_o in_o all_o our_o trouble_n and_o adversity_n promise_v even_o then_o to_o help_v we_o when_o we_o feel_v ourselves_o as_o it_o be_v swallow_v up_o of_o death_n and_o desperation_n we_o utter_o renounce_v all_o worldly_a confidence_n and_o the_o to_o thy_o sovereign_a bounty_n as_o our_o only_a stay_n and_o refuge_n beseech_v thou_o not_o to_o call_v to_o remembrance_n our_o manifold_a sin_n and_o wickedness_n whereby_o we_o continual_o provoke_v thy_o wrath_n and_o indignation_n against_o we_o neither_o our_o negligence_n and_o unkindness_n which_o have_v neither_o worthy_o esteem_v nor_o in_o our_o life_n sufficient_o express_v the_o sweet_a comfort_n of_o thy_o gospel_n reveal_v unto_o we_o but_o rather_o to_o accept_v the_o obedience_n and_o death_n of_o thy_o son_n jesus_n christ_n who_o by_o offer_v up_o his_o body_n in_o sacrifice_n once_o for_o all_o have_v make_v a_o sufficient_a recompense_n for_o all_o our_o sin_n have_v mercy_n therefore_o upon_o we_o o_o lord_n and_o forgive_v we_o our_o offence_n teach_v we_o by_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n that_o we_o may_v right_o weigh_v they_o and_o earnest_o repent_v we_o for_o the_o same_o and_o so_o much_o the_o rather_o o_o lord_n because_o that_o the_o reprobate_n and_o such_o as_o thou_o have_v forsake_v can_v praise_v thou_o nor_o call_v upon_o thy_o name_n but_o the_o repent_a heart_n the_o sorrowful_a mind_n the_o conscience_n oppress_v hunger_a and_o thirst_v for_o thy_o grace_n shall_v ever_o set_v forth_o thy_o praise_n and_o glory_n and_o albeit_o we_o be_v but_o worm_n and_o dust_n yet_o thou_o be_v our_o creator_n and_o we_o be_v the_o work_n of_o thy_o hand_n yea_o thou_o be_v our_o father_n and_o we_o thy_o child_n thou_o be_v our_o shepherd_n and_o we_o thy_o flock_n thou_o be_v our_o redeemer_n and_o we_o thy_o people_n who_o thou_o have_v buy_v thou_o be_v our_o god_n and_o
