into_o the_o hand_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o saint_n that_o they_o may_v possess_v the_o heritage_n of_o the_o heathen_a of_o which_o the_o take_v the_o land_n of_o canaan_n of_o old_a be_v a_o type_n and_o so_o king_n to_o fall_v down_o before_o they_o this_o honour_n shall_v christ_n have_v and_o all_o the_o saint_n praise_v you_o the_o lord_n and_o thus_o i_o come_v to_o the_o ten_o and_o last_o reason_n that_o i_o shall_v give_v at_o present_a although_o many_o more_o may_v be_v give_v to_o prove_v that_o christ_n and_o the_o saint_n shall_v receive_v a_o kingdom_n and_o reign_v upon_o earth_n which_o be_v reas_n 10._o because_o the_o scripture_n say_v that_o there_o be_v a_o world_n to_o come_v to_o be_v put_v in_o subjection_n to_o christ_n and_o the_o saint_n now_o the_o word_n world_n presuppose_v the_o estate_n of_o thing_n as_o at_o present_a in_o this_o world_n namely_o a_o inhabitant_n of_o man_n and_o beast_n and_o of_o all_o creature_n so_o as_o adam_n have_v all_o thing_n put_v into_o subjection_n so_o also_o shall_v the_o whole_a creation_n be_v restore_v to_o their_o former_a dignity_n rom._n 8._o only_o the_o serpent_n except_v and_o such_o man_n as_o i_o shall_v lay_v down_o this_o point_n or_o position_n which_o be_v that_o christ_n and_o the_o saint_n be_v to_o receive_v and_o possess_v a_o kingdom_n and_o reign_v upon_o earth_n this_o i_o shall_v prove_v first_o by_o plain_a text_n of_o scripture_n and_o second_o by_o reason_n draw_v from_o scripture_n and_o three_o the_o manner_n how_o christ_n shall_v take_v the_o kingdom_n fourthly_a a_o few_o word_n as_o touch_v the_o distance_n of_o time_n between_o the_o resurrection_n of_o the_o just_a and_o unjust_a five_o the_o place_n of_o christ_n kingly_a seat_n sixthly_a how_o down_o viz._n that_o the_o reign_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o people_n etc._n etc._n but_o as_o touch_v the_o reign_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o people_n many_o will_v consent_v to_o but_o withal_o say_v it_o be_v to_o be_v understand_v either_o spiritual_a here_o or_o otherwise_o in_o heaven_n to_o which_o i_o answer_v and_o say_v that_o the_o saint_n shall_v not_o reign_v while_o they_o live_v in_o this_o mortal_a body_n be_v plain_a because_o the_o scripture_n say_v that_o all_o that_o will_v live_v godly_a in_o christ_n jesus_n shall_v suffer_v persecution_n 2_o tim._n 3.12_o and_o also_o and_o second_o there_o be_v not_o one_o scripture_n that_o i_o at_o present_a know_v of_o nor_o i_o believe_v none_o else_o which_o say_v that_o christ_n and_o the_o saint_n shall_v reign_v in_o heaven_n but_o the_o scripture_n say_v that_o when_o the_o mediator-ship_n shall_v be_v deliver_v up_o into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o father_n then_o shall_v the_o son_n himself_o be_v in_o subjection_n unto_o the_o father_n and_o then_o shall_v god_n himself_o be_v all_o in_o all_o but_o it_o be_v plain_a and_o i_o shall_v make_v it_o yet_o more_o plain_a that_o the_o scripture_n say_v that_o christ_n and_o the_o saint_n shall_v reign_v upon_o earth_n and_o now_o i_o shall_v come_v to_o give_v you_o the_o reason_n of_o the_o position_n or_o point_n before_o mention_v viz._n that_o receive_v a_o kingdom_n and_o reign_v upon_o earth_n which_o be_v reas_n 4._o because_o god_n have_v promise_v to_o restore_v the_o kingdom_n to_o israel_n and_o their_o judge_n as_o at_o the_o first_o which_o be_v man_n that_o judge_v they_o in_o righteousness_n even_o holy_a man_n and_o christ_n show_v we_o that_o he_o and_o those_o that_o obey_v he_o be_v to_o be_v judge_n over_o the_o twelve_o tribe_n of_o israel_n now_o this_o be_v not_o to_o be_v understand_v in_o a_o spiritual_a sense_n that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o there_o be_v to_o be_v some_o of_o the_o twelve_o tribe_n convert_v and_o christ_n to_o rule_v over_o they_o for_o hear_v we_o see_v the_o saint_n shall_v judge_v they_o that_o be_v mean_v be_v governor_n as_o the_o judge_n at_o the_o first_o which_o can_v be_v take_v in_o such_o a_o sense_n for_o the_o saint_n be_v not_o to_o exercise_v authority_n one_o over_o another_o as_o consider_v in_o one_o and_o the_o same_o body_n as_o say_v christ_n the_o lord_n of_o the_o gentile_n exercise_v authority_n and_o they_o that_o be_v chief_a bear_n rule_v but_o among_o you_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v so_o but_o he_o that_o be_v great_a let_v he_o be_v your_o servant_n but_o that_o the_o saint_n with_o christ_n shall_v receive_v a_o kingdom_n and_o judge_v the_o twelve_o tribe_n read_v luke_n 22.28_o 29_o 30._o in_o these_o word_n you_o be_v they_o that_o 5._o because_o the_o scripture_n say_v that_o the_o kingdom_n of_o this_o world_n be_v to_z become_v the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o his_o christ_n and_o he_o to_o take_v his_o great_a power_n and_o to_o reign_v and_o it_o be_v a_o true_a and_o a_o faithful_a say_n that_o those_o that_o suffer_v with_o christ_n shall_v reign_v with_o he_o but_o to_o prove_v that_o the_o kingdom_n of_o this_o world_n shall_v become_v christ_n kingdom_n and_o he_o to_o take_v his_o great_a power_n and_o to_o reign_v read_v rev._n 11.15_o 16_o 17_o 18._o in_o these_o word_n and_o the_o seven_o angel_n zions_n redemption_n and_o original_a sin_n where_o you_o shall_v find_v the_o effect_n of_o the_o seven_o trumpet_n the_o which_o at_o present_a i_o shall_v not_o speak_v to_o in_o particular_a but_o know_v that_o there_o be_v a_o set_a time_n that_o the_o kingdom_n of_o this_o world_n be_v to_o become_v the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n but_o peradventure_o some_o will_v say_v be_v there_o a_o time_n when_o the_o kingdom_n of_o this_o world_n be_v not_o christ_n i_o answer_v yea_o for_o although_o christ_n be_v bear_v king_n of_o the_o jew_n and_o by_o his_o descent_n according_a to_o the_o employ_v in_o the_o word_n take_v his_o great_a power_n and_o do_v reign_v three_o it_o be_v the_o time_n that_o the_o dead_a shall_v be_v judge_v that_o be_v the_o dead_a in_o christ_n and_o then_o he_o shall_v give_v the_o reward_n to_o his_o servant_n the_o prophet_n and_o all_o that_o fear_v his_o name_n small_a and_o great_a four_o he_o will_v destroy_v they_o which_o destroy_v the_o earth_n and_o make_v war_n to_o cease_v from_o the_o end_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o they_o shall_v beat_v their_o sword_n into_o plow-shear_n and_o their_o spear_n into_o prune_a hook_n for_o there_o shall_v be_v abundance_n of_o peace_n so_o long_o as_o the_o moon_n endure_v so_o then_o there_o be_v a_o set_a time_n for_o christ_n to_o take_v his_o great_a power_n and_o to_o reign_v and_o for_o the_o kingdom_n of_o this_o world_n to_o become_v the_o kingdom_n of_o our_o lord_n and_o his_o christ_n from_o whence_o we_o may_v see_v that_o christ_n and_o the_o saint_n be_v to_o receive_v and_o possess_v a_o kingdom_n and_o reign_v upon_o earth_n and_o so_o i_o pass_v to_o the_o six_o reason_n to_o prove_v christ_n and_o the_o saint_n to_o have_v a_o kingdom_n and_o reign_v upon_o earth_n which_o be_v reas_n 6._o six_o because_o the_o tabernacle_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v with_o man_n and_o he_o shall_v dwell_v with_o they_o now_o this_o very_a word_n the_o tabernacle_n with_o man_n and_o he_o dwell_v with_o they_o impli_v that_o christ_n shall_v come_v again_o and_o dwell_v upon_o earth_n for_o so_o be_v the_o comparison_n that_o christ_n make_v while_o he_o be_v upon_o earth_n that_o the_o son_n of_o man_n be_v like_a to_o a_o certain_a noble_a man_n that_o go_v to_o receive_v a_o kingdom_n and_o to_o return_v luke_n 19_o verse_n 11_o 12_o 13._o from_o whence_o we_o may_v see_v that_o christ_n be_v to_o return_v again_o as_o he_o also_o have_v say_v i_o will_v come_v unto_o you_o again_o and_o your_o heart_n shall_v rejoice_v and_o your_o joy_n no_o man_n shall_v take_v from_o you_o but_o as_o for_o this_o i_o shall_v show_v more_o at_o large_a anon_o only_o that_o you_o may_v see_v that_o the_o tabernacle_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v with_o man_n and_o he_o dwell_v with_o they_o imply_v that_o god_n will_v remove_v his_o habitation_n but_o peradventure_o some_o may_v say_v will_v the_o lord_n come_v and_o dwell_v with_o we_o upon_o a_o corrupt_a carnal_a earth_n to_o which_o i_o answer_v and_o first_o christ_n do_v dwell_v with_o his_o disciple_n upon_o the_o earth_n and_o eat_v with_o they_o after_o his_o resurrection_n what_o will_v that_o teach_v we_o weigh_v it_o well_o but_o second_o the_o earth_n than_o shall_v be_v more_o pure_a than_o the_o heaven_n be_v now_o for_o the_o earth_n shall_v be_v clean_o in_o his_o sight_n and_o very_o good_a seven_o because_o christ_n have_v command_v we_o to_o pray_v for_o it_o even_o that_o his_o kingdom_n may_v come_v that_o his_o will_n may_v be_v do_v in_o earth_n as_o it_o be_v in_o heaven_n for_o there_o be_v a_o time_n come_v that_o it_o shall_v be_v so_o and_o the_o earth_n shall_v be_v full_a of_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o lord_n as_o water_n cover_v the_o sea_n when_o the_o law_n shall_v go_v forth_o of_o zion_n and_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n from_o jerusalem_n now_o till_o that_o day_n there_o will_v be_v weakness_n and_o imperfection_n among_o the_o godly_a that_o
