a_o member_n of_o this_o commonwealth_n to_o give_v in_o my_o sense_n hereof_o together_o with_o these_o caution_n follow_v providence_n have_v so_o order_v it_o i_o hope_v for_o the_o best_a that_o not_o the_o unfit_a man_n to_o be_v maker_n of_o unalterable_a fundamental_n that_o have_v be_v the_o great_a breaker_n of_o fundamental_n themselves_o and_o such_o too_o as_o be_v think_v as_o unalterable_a as_o both_o by_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o people_n and_o the_o wisdom_n and_o authority_n of_o governor_n can_v be_v effect_v the_o first_o particular_a agree_v on_o for_o a_o unalterable_a fundamental_a be_v that_o there_o shall_v be_v no_o kingship_n exercise_v in_o these_o nation_n but_o because_o i_o know_v not_o how_o to_o answer_v tautoligy_n i_o shall_v join_v this_o and_o mere_a formal_a thing_n without_o the_o soul_n and_o spirit_n of_o government_n which_o be_v strength_n to_o compel_v whatsoever_o authority_n shall_v command_v therefore_o i_o must_v assert_v
