be_v due_a to_o such_o as_o enter_v without_o the_o express_a election_n or_o consent_n of_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o universal_a people_n than_o be_v there_o never_o any_o but_o tyrant_n for_o no_o such_o election_n ever_o be_v have_v or_o can_v be_v if_o to_o such_o as_o come_v by_o the_o ordinary_a way_n of_o providence_n namely_o by_o power_n of_o the_o sword_n what_o shall_v we_o think_v of_o the_o caesar_n with_o many_o other_o famous_a emperor_n of_o rome_n and_o of_o philip_n alexander_n and_o other_o over_o greece_n and_o other_o nation_n that_o by_o conquest_n and_o to_o keep_v the_o law_n for_o pretend_v man_n what_o they_o will_v of_o the_o equity_n and_o justice_n of_o their_o cause_n whilst_o they_o be_v in_o private_a prosecution_n of_o one_o another_o for_o religion_n it_o can_v never_o be_v half_a so_o certain_a that_o herein_o they_o maintain_v that_o truth_n and_o doctrine_n which_o be_v by_o christ_n deliver_v to_o be_v believe_v as_o that_o they_o
