the_o congregationals_n grant_v that_o any_o of_o their_o single_a congregation_n independent_a in_o a_o difficult_a point_n or_o business_n may_v take_v the_o advice_n of_o twenty_o thirty_o forty_o other_o congregation_n or_o more_o yet_o if_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o or_o all_o shall_v agree_v and_o give_v their_o judgement_n that_o one_o congregation_n shall_v not_o be_v bind_v by_o their_o advice_n but_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o judge_v against_o it_o or_o subscribe_v unto_o it_o see_v in_o this_o case_n no_o scripture_n bind_v this_o or_o other_o congregation_n to_o be_v
