nature_n in_o they_o namely_o as_o such_o who_o be_v send_v by_o christ_n and_o govern_v by_o his_o word_n and_o spirit_n so_o as_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o earth_n shall_v have_v no_o cause_n to_o complain_v that_o power_n be_v put_v into_o such_o hand_n nay_o they_o shall_v great_o rejoice_v in_o that_o day_n as_o be_v foretell_v often_o by_o the_o psalmist_n psal_n 97._o 1._o the_o so_o now_o for_o our_o purpose_n let_v it_o further_o be_v consider_v that_o as_o god_n make_v a_o addition_n to_o his_o gospel_n or_o rather_o a_o further_a discovery_n of_o his_o mind_n therein_o in_o his_o promise_n unto_o abraham_n so_o he_o also_o make_v a_o addition_n to_o the_o seal_n for_o confirmation_n of_o it_o to_o his_o people_n namely_o the_o seal_n of_o circumcision_n which_o also_o be_v first_o give_v to_o abraham_n and_o not_o in_o use_n before_o and_o as_o this_o addition_n to_o his_o gospel_n be_v a_o promise_n of_o make_v believer_n blessing_n to_o family_n and_o nation_n in_o order_n to_o the_o multiply_a of_o the_o seed_n and_o increase_v of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n so_o the_o application_n of_o this_o seal_n to_o infant_n be_v part_n of_o the_o seal_n thereby_o signify_v and_o confirm_v that_o promise_n of_o such_o blessing_n so_o gen._n 17._o 10._o this_o be_v my_o covenant_n which_o you_o shall_v keep_v between_o i_o and_o you_o and_o
