that_o shall_v not_o subscribe_v within_o the_o time_n before_o limit_v such_o subscriber_n shall_v forfeit_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o own_o subscription_n and_o both_o party_n shall_v be_v liable_a to_o such_o further_a punishment_n as_o shall_v be_v inflict_v by_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n 7_o that_o no_o person_n shall_v be_v permit_v to_o sell_v coal_n in_o london_n or_o any_o other_o subscribe_v a_o sum_n proportionable_a to_o their_o trade_n in_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o say_a committee_n 8._o that_o two_o part_n of_o the_o estate_n of_o papist_n no_o delinquent_n and_o all_o the_o estate_n of_o such_o as_o be_v declare_v to_o be_v delinquent_n by_o the_o ordinance_n of_o sequestration_n within_o the_o county_n of_o northumberland_n the_o county_n and_o bishopric_n of_o durham_n and_o in_o the_o town_n and_o county_n of_o new_a castle_n upon_o tyne_n shall_v be_v forthwith_o sequester_v and_o all_o such_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v raise_v thereby_o shall_v be_v also_o pad_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a adventurer_n upon_o account_n until_o the_o say_a adventurer_n shall_v be_v reimburse_v according_a to_o the_o ensue_a proposition_n and_o no_o long_o 9_o that_o all_o such_o custom_n duty_n and_o impost_n as_o have_v be_v usual_o pay_v or_o shall_v be_v think_v fit_a to_o be_v pay_v by_o any_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n for_o coal_n salt_n and_o
