their_o turn_n for_o the_o time_n i_o will_v there_o be_v none_o occasion_n to_o reprove_v a_o foul_a number_n of_o this_o fault_n in_o this_o our_o time_n but_o if_o live_v and_o trade_n of_o man_n athiste_n be_v note_v we_o shall_v perceive_v the_o like_a or_o worse_a atheism_n or_o godlessness_n in_o the_o multitude_n let_v they_o set_v what_o face_n or_o visor_n ofreligion_n or_o civility_n they_o can_v we_o shall_v see_v it_o to_o be_v but_o policy_n &_o hypocrisy_n in_o they_o it_o be_v a_o endless_a work_n to_o enter_v into_o all_o the_o perticularity_n that_o will_v prove_v they_o such_o hypocrite_n neither_o be_v it_o my_o purpose_n nor_o in_o my_o power_n to_o touch_v all_o wherefore_o leave_v the_o rest_n i_o mind_n to_o speak_v at_o this_o time_n of_o a_o few_o abuse_n but_o special_o of_o one_o general_a vice_n above_o the_o rest_n vsurye_n namely_o usury_n which_o be_v so_o common_o contract_v in_o man_n trade_n at_o this_o time_n that_o the_o practice_n thereof_o will_v prove_v the_o great_a number_n amongst_o we_o to_o be_v as_o ill_a as_o these_o jew_n that_o neither_o seek_v for_o nor_o regard_n god_o to_o which_o man_n this_o prophet_n threaten_v destruction_n but_o forasmuch_o as_o i_o have_v heretofore_o in_o two_o sermon_n at_o the_o cross_n say_v my_o mind_n part_o therein_o according_a to_o my_o simple_a usury_n knowledge_n and_o also_o than_o cease_v and_o herewithal_o remember_v my_o own_o charge_n be_v call_v to_o this_o office_n and_o place_n that_o i_o must_v not_o cease_v to_o reprove_v and_o speak_v against_o sin_n and_o special_o that_o most_o which_o i_o know_v to_o be_v most_o frequent_v i_o be_o encourage_v and_o partly_o drive_v for_o discharge_v sin_n of_o my_o duty_n to_o go_v on_o and_o proceed_v in_o this_o and_o then_o in_o this_o subterfuge_n of_o theyre_n they_o do_v rich_a more_o foolish_a than_o those_o that_o seek_n to_o escape_n sylla_n do_v fall_n upon_o charybdis_n and_o show_v themselves_o much_o like_o those_o that_o poor_a fly_a the_o ship_n to_o escape_v danger_n do_v drown_v themselves_o in_o the_o main_a sea_n for_o first_o they_o lend_v for_o usury_n which_o be_v against_o the_o common_a law_n than_o they_o lend_v to_o the_o rich_fw-fr man_n who_o have_v the_o money_n charybdis_n do_v engross_v the_o market_n bring_v heap_n of_o commodity_n into_o his_o own_o hand_n and_o so_o make_v engross_v a_o monopolion_n and_o dearth_n without_o need_n the_o mean_a sort_n be_v thereby_o prevent_v of_o their_o market_n and_o must_v glean_v after_o the_o engrosser_n &_o take_v small_a leave_n or_o fit_a still_o and_o so_o remain_v mean_a or_o rather_o become_v poor_a the_o common_a sort_n weep_v through_o the_o dearth_n for_o the_o rich_a will_v be_v sure_a to_o make_v his_o common_a weal_n to_o bear_v out_o his_o loss_n and_o pay_v for_o that_o usury_n and_o when_o many_o be_v beggar_a for_o ever_o one_o be_v help_v usury_n with_o a_o halfpenny_n which_o be_v the_o usurer_n charity_n oh_o i_o will_v a_o good_a orator_n have_v this_o matter_n in_o hand_n to_o paint_v out_o this_o mischief_n to_o some_o purpose_n for_o here_o be_v matter_n enough_o if_o a_o man_n do_v respect_n as_o i_o say_v but_o the_o common_a wealth_n only_o but_o when_o we_o consider_v the_o commandment_n of_o god_n and_o his_o compassion_n towards_o man_n and_o therewith_o remember_v how_o this_o usurer_n regard_v it_o or_o how_o he_o be_v move_v with_o compassion_n towards_o the_o poor_a thereby_o we_o they_o shall_v see_v he_o not_o only_o a_o sleep_n but_o stark_o dead_a and_o senseless_a like_o a_o block_n touch_v the_o one_o and_o the_o other_o but_o in_o his_o own_o device_n and_o vain_a we_o shall_v find_v he_o awake_v alive_a stout_a and_o strong_a yea_o so_o sensible_a that_o if_o he_o lose_v but_o a_o penny_n and_o that_o a_o hundred_o mile_n of_o yet_o he_o feel_v that_o with_o grief_n god_n say_v thou_o shall_v not_o oppress_v thy_o poor_a brother_n be_v relieve_v in_o like_a case_n for_o we_o must_v consider_v in_o do_v as_o we_o will_v be_v do_v to_o what_o we_o shall_v desire_v lawful_o if_o we_o ourselves_o be_v in_o necessity_n and_o sure_o
