name_n of_o the_o bankrupt_a be_v enter_v at_o the_o office_n where_o every_o man_n may_v search_v gratis_o shall_v be_v publication_n enough_o and_o that_o after_o such_o entry_n no_o discharge_n from_o the_o bankrupt_a shall_v be_v allow_v in_o account_n to_o any_o man_n but_o whoever_o will_v adventure_v to_o pay_v any_o money_n to_o the_o say_v bankrupt_a or_o his_o order_n shall_v be_v now_o fall_v by_o divers_a cause_n for_o 1._o it_o will_v effectual_o remove_v all_o crafty_a design_v break_v his_o by_o which_o many_o honest_a man_n be_v ruin_v and_o 2._o of_o course_n it_o will_v prevent_v the_o fall_n of_o those_o tradesman_n who_o be_v force_v to_o break_v by_o the_o knavery_n of_o such_o 2._o it_o will_v effectual_o suppress_v all_o those_o sanctuary_n and_o refuge_n of_o thief_n the_o mint_n friar_n savoy_n rule_n and_o the_o like_a and_o that_o these_o two_o way_n 1._o honest_a man_n will_v have_v no_o need_n of_o it_o here_o be_v a_o more_o safe_a easie_n and_o more_o honourable_a way_n to_o get_v out_o of_o trouble_n 2._o knave_n shall_v have_v no_o protection_n from_o those_o place_n and_o the_o act_n be_v fortify_v against_o those_o place_n by_o the_o follow_a clause_n which_o i_o have_v on_o purpose_n reserve_v to_o this_o head_n since_o the_o provision_n this_o court_n of_o inquiry_n make_v for_o the_o ease_n and_o deliverance_n of_o every_o debtor_n who_o be_v honest_a be_v so_o considerable_a it_o be_v most_o certain_a that_o no_o man_n but_o he_o who_o have_v a_o design_n to_o cheat_v his_o creditor_n will_v refuse_v to_o accept_v of_o the_o favour_n and_o therefore_o it_o shall_v be_v enact_v that_o if_o any_o man_n
