money_n as_o shall_v be_v due_a at_o the_o feast_n of_o the_o birth_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o annunciation_n of_o our_o lady_n or_o at_o the_o feast_n of_o easter_n for_o the_o say_a revenue_n with_o the_o arrearage_n depend_v upon_o all_o former_a account_n shall_v be_v charge_v in_o to_o the_o say_a sheriff_n or_o other_o accomptant_n in_o their_o view_n and_o shall_v make_v the_o say_a view_n before_o the_o feast_n of_o the_o ascension_n of_o our_o lord_n yearly_a and_o to_o pay_v all_o such_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v find_v due_a upon_o the_o same_o before_o the_o feast_n of_o penticost_n than_o next_o ensue_n and_o where_o they_o be_v payable_a at_o penticost_n those_o rent_n to_o be_v pay_v before_o the_o nativity_n of_o saint_n john_n the_o baptist_n than_o next_o follow_v 6._o item_n if_o any_o former_a accountant_a or_o debtor_n have_v pay_v any_o sum_n of_o money_n at_o the_o receipt_n aforesaid_a before_o the_o make_n of_o the_o view_n aforesaid_a that_o then_o the_o say_a sheriff_n or_o other_o accountant_a shall_v be_v discharge_v by_o the_o payment_n thereof_o be_v of_o record_n without_o any_o further_a suit_n or_o charge_n in_o the_o say_a view_n of_o account_n 7._o item_n that_o all_o such_o sum_n as_o shall_v be_v due_a for_o the_o say_a revenue_n at_o the_o feast_n of_o michaelmas_n and_o saint_n martin_n with_o the_o arrearage_n due_a upon_o all_o former_a account_n shall_v be_v pay_v at_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n by_o the_o sheriff_n or_o other_o receiver_n or_o accomptant_n that_o be_v to_o say_v as_o much_o as_o shall_v be_v due_a at_o michaelnsas_n before_o the_o feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o our_o lord_n god_n and_o asmuch_o as_o shall_v be_v due_a at_o saint_n martin_n to_o be_v pay_v into_o the_o receipt_n before_o the_o twenty_o day_n of_o february_n than_o next_o insue_n or_o otherwise_o make_v declaration_n unto_o the_o say_a court_n of_o exchequer_n of_o the_o payment_n thereof_o by_o virtue_n of_o sufficient_a warrant_n 8._o item_n that_o every_o sheriff_n and_o other_o accountant_a shall_v appear_v to_o his_o account_n in_o his_o own_o proper_a person_n or_o by_o his_o sufficient_a deputy_n authorize_v in_o write_v under_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_v in_o hillary_n term_n and_o there_o to_o take_v a_o oath_n according_a to_o a_o ancient_a usage_n of_o the_o say_a exchequer_n and_o the_o same_o warrant_n in_o writing_n to_o be_v deliver_v into_o the_o treasuror_n remembrancer_n office_n and_o there_o shall_v be_v file_v and_o enter_v of_o record_n without_o take_v any_o fee_n or_o reward_v for_o the_o same_o 9_o item_n the_o say_a sheriff_n or_o other_o accountant_a or_o accomptant_n or_o he_o or_o their_o lawful_a deputy_n or_o attorney_n after_o he_o or_o their_o appearance_n to_o make_v their_o account_n for_o the_o say_a revenue_n before_o the_o twenty_o four_o of_o february_n than_o next_o after_o and_o the_o auditor_n take_v the_o say_a account_n shall_v deliver_v the_o same_o account_v ingross_v in_o parchment_n authorize_v and_o allow_v by_o the_o hand_n subseribe_v of_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n chancellor_n vicetreasuror_a and_o baron_n of_o the_o say_a exchequer_n or_o by_o three_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o whereof_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n or_o vicetreasuror_a to_o be_v one_o and_o with_o the_o hand_n
