any_o under-tenant_n shall_v be_v distrain_v for_o any_o sum_n to_o be_v assess_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o ordinance_n which_o the_o landlord_n ought_v to_o pay_v according_a to_o the_o purport_n pound_n for_o every_o sum_n by_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o pay_v in_o there_o according_a to_o this_o ordinance_n which_o say_v allowance_n the_o treasurer_n aforesaid_a be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o make_v according_o and_o to_o the_o end_n all_o the_o money_n aforesaid_a may_v be_v due_o collect_v be_v it_o further_o ordain_v that_o the_o several_a and_o respective_a assessor_n within_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o dominion_n of_o wales_n shall_v within_o one_o week_n next_o after_o their_o respective_a assessment_n make_v return_v their_o several_a assessment_n unto_o the_o respective_a committee_n aforesaid_a for_o the_o respective_a division_n or_o limit_n where_o the_o say_v assessment_n shall_v be_v make_v who_o or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o be_v hereby_o respective_o require_v within_o ten_o day_n after_o the_o respective_a return_n of_o such_o several_a assessment_n to_o deliver_v a_o copy_n thereof_o subscribe_v with_o their_o or_o two_o of_o their_o hand_n to_o the_o several_a collector_n within_o their_o say_a respective_a division_n or_o limit_n and_o also_o within_o the_o like_o ten_o day_n to_o send_v up_o another_o copy_n thereof_o to_o the_o say_a treasurer_n in_o guild-hall_n london_n to_o the_o end_n the_o say_a treasurer_n may_v thereby_o know_v what_o they_o be_v to_o receive_v of_o every_o parish_n and_o place_n within_o this_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o dominion_n of_o wales_n and_o if_o any_o assessor_n or_o collector_n nominate_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v negligent_a or_o faulty_a in_o the_o say_a service_n the_o say_v committee_n for_o the_o division_n or_o limit_n where_o such_o assessor_n shall_v so_o be_v negligent_a or_o faulty_a or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o commit_v such_o assessor_n or_o collector_n to_o prison_n and_o to_o set_v such_o fine_a upon_o he_o as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a not_o exceed_v the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n the_o same_o to_o be_v
