charge_n of_o their_o provision_n etc._n their_o accusation_n against_o person_n to_o be_v evidence_n unless_o the_o party_n clear_v himself_o on_o oath_n etc._n etc._n and_o if_o any_o such_o the_o treasurer_n as_o be_v above_o express_v every_o such_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o public_a treasury_n five_o pound_n sterling_a for_o every_o pound_n of_o powder_n five_o pound_n for_o every_o ten_o pound_n of_o shot_n or_o lead_n ten_o pound_n for_o every_o gun_n great_a or_o small_a and_o ten_o pound_n for_o every_o dozen_o of_o rapier_n or_o sword_n blade_n and_o so_o proportionable_o for_o any_o quantity_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a commodity_n sell_v or_o barter_v by_o he_o or_o they_o to_o any_o indian_a or_o indian_n and_o all_o person_n except_o such_o thereof_o that_o no_o person_n license_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v after_o publication_n hereof_o sell_v or_o any_o way_n utter_v any_o beer_n ale_n or_o drink_v instead_o thereof_o by_o retail_n that_o be_v not_o make_v altogether_o of_o good_a barley_n malt_n without_o any_o mixture_n of_o melass_n course_n sugar_n or_o other_o material_n instead_o of_o malt_n on_o penalty_n of_o five_o pound_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n one_o half_a to_o the_o informer_n the_o other_o half_o to_o the_o county_n where_o such_o offence_n shall_v be_v commit_v beside_o the_o penalty_n in_o the_o former_a recite_v law_n express_v on_o complaint_n to_o any_o magistrate_n county_n court_n or_o commissioner_n for_o boston_n unless_o the_o party_n complain_v of_o shall_v legal_o prove_v his_o or_o
