detain_v prize_v and_o sell_v thereof_o choice_n and_o removal_n of_o all_o officer_n as_o also_o of_o impose_v of_o penalty_n and_o punishment_n and_o of_o all_o other_o thing_n necessary_a and_o profitable_a for_o the_o safeguard_n and_o defence_n of_o the_o say_a land_n marsh_n and_o bank_n except_o before_o except_v and_o of_o all_o other_o thing_n proper_a for_o those_o safeguard_n and_o ordinance_n and_o custom_n of_o the_o say_v romeney_n marsh_n and_o the_o concession_n for_o the_o preservation_n defence_n and_o safe_a custody_n of_o the_o say_a marsh_n of_o romeney_n have_v use_v there_o to_o be_v do_v no_o custom_n by_o any_o person_n former_o introduce_v notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o that_o if_o hereafter_o at_o any_o principal_a and_o general_a last_o within_o the_o
