they_o shall_v offer_v the_o payment_n of_o they_o or_o of_o any_o part_n of_o they_o to_o the_o use_n of_o your_o majesty_n your_o heir_n or_o successor_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n appoint_v to_o receive_v the_o same_o by_o your_o highness_n or_o by_o the_o vice-treasurer_n or_o general_a receiver_n that_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n so_o appoint_v shall_v within_o four_o day_n next_o after_o such_o appointment_n receive_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v receive_v the_o money_n so_o offer_v to_o be_v pay_v without_o any_o further_a delay_n &_o deliver_v one_o sufficient_a bill_n that_o every_o such_o person_n or_o person_n appoint_v to_o receive_v the_o same_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o offer_v and_o every_o such_o auditor_n shall_v loose_v &_o forfeit_v for_o every_o default_n or_o delay_n to_o be_v make_v to_o the_o collector_n or_o collector_n under-collector_n or_o under-collectors_a deputy_n or_o deputy_n so_o offer_v to_o make_v payment_n &_o account_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a the_o sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n lawful_a money_n of_o ireland_n the_o one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o be_v to_o your_o majesty_n your_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o any_o more_o than_o three_o shilling_n four_o penny_n irish_a or_o if_o any_o other_o officer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n shall_v require_v and_o take_v of_o any_o collector_n or_o collector_n or_o of_o
