to_o any_o thing_n else_o yet_o so_o it_o be_v not_o with_o those_o that_o deal_n in_o village_n who_o have_v be_v breed_v in_o some_o other_o way_n and_o they_o have_v or_o may_v have_v some_o other_o way_n of_o live_v beside_o the_o shop-keeping-trade_n 2._o because_o if_o city_n and_o market-town_n be_v impoverish_v than_o the_o general_a part_n of_o the_o people_n of_o this_o kingdom_n will_v lose_v that_o necessary_a conveniency_n beforementioned_a for_o the_o preferment_n of_o their_o child_n and_o this_o one_o reason_n that_o when_o many_o parent_n have_v be_v at_o great_a charge_n in_o place_v forth_o their_o child_n to_o trade_n in_o city_n and_o market-town_n and_o the_o child_n have_v faithful_o serve_v out_o their_o full_a time_n that_o after_o all_o they_o be_v but_o little_a the_o better_a for_o it_o because_o pedlar_n and_o shopkeeper_n in_o village_n such_o that_o never_o serve_v any_o apprenticeship_n to_o any_o shop-keeping-trade_n do_v intercept_v a_o very_a great_a part_n of_o the_o trade_n from_o come_v to_o they_o 3._o this_o will_v be_v a_o great_a mean_n to_o depopulate_v not_o only_o the_o city_n and_o market-town_n but_o also_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n for_o when_o man_n can_v find_v little_a or_o no_o encouragement_n in_o their_o trade_n than_o they_o will_v endeavour_v to_o transplant_v themselves_o into_o other_o country_n where_o they_o may_v have_v better_a encouragement_n by_o which_o mean_n we_o shall_v lose_v our_o people_n whereas_o in_o the_o opinion_n of_o many_o wise_a man_n we_o do_v already_o want_v more_o people_n in_o england_n than_o now_o we_o have_v there_o be_v very_o great_a number_n that_o have_v go_v not_o only_o into_o our_o own_o plantation_n but_o into_o holland_n and_o settle_v there_o 4._o if_o
