with_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o general_n assembly_n that_o the_o clause_n in_o the_o say_a law_n appoint_v forty_o tithable_n to_o set_v forth_o one_o soldier_n be_v from_o henceforth_o whole_o repeal_v and_o make_v void_a and_o that_o the_o say_v garrison_n and_o fortification_n be_v continue_v and_o that_o from_o henceforward_o the_o number_n of_o soldier_n at_o each_o garrison_n commander_n each_o garrison_n to_o have_v twenty_o soldier_n beside_o the_o chief_a commander_n over_o and_o beside_o the_o commander_n in_o chief_a thereof_o be_v twenty_o in_o number_n out_o of_o which_o number_n two_o corporal_n to_o be_v choose_v by_o each_o respective_a commander_n in_o chief_a and_o that_o such_o twenty_o soldier_n for_o each_o garrison_n as_o aforesaid_a be_v appoint_v and_o choose_v as_o also_o their_o horse_n arm_n and_o furniture_n out_o of_o those_o who_o be_v now_o there_o or_o aught_o to_o be_v there_o by_o each_o respective_a commander_n proportional_o out_o of_o the_o several_a county_n to_o which_o they_o appertain_v and_o that_o for_o a_o supply_n of_o the_o say_v twenty_o soldier_n horse_n arm_n or_o furniture_n so_o make_v choice_n of_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o happen_v to_o die_v or_o any_o way_n become_v disable_v by_o sickness_n or_o otherways_o that_o then_o such_o dificiency_n upon_o notice_n give_v by_o the_o commander_n in_o chief_a to_o the_o justice_n or_o first_o in_o commission_n of_o such_o county-court_n to_o which_o county_n such_o soldier_n or_o soldier_n etc._n etc._n shall_v belong_v shall_v forthwith_o be_v supply_v
