the_o saint_n who_o have_v the_o word_n of_o god_n dwell_v in_o they_o the_o word_n of_o god_n dwell_v in_o christ_n be_v no_o manner_n of_o plea_n or_o argument_n for_o his_o be_v worship_v but_o because_o he_o be_v not_o a_o creature_n but_o be_v beget_v of_o the_o very_a substance_n of_o his_o father_n and_o be_v by_o nature_n the_o son_n of_o god_n therefore_o he_o be_v to_o be_v worship_v if_o you_o find_v st._n athanasius_n to_o say_v that_o the_o saint_n be_v by_o nature_n the_o son_n of_o god_n and_o beget_v of_o the_o substance_n of_o the_o father_n than_o we_o must_v worship_v the_o saint_n but_o since_o they_o be_v the_o child_n of_o god_n by_o adoption_n and_o grace_n and_o by_o nature_n they_o be_v the_o child_n of_o wrath_n as_o well_o as_o those_o who_o be_v yet_o dead_a in_o trespass_n and_o sin_n though_o since_o their_o conversion_n the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o seed_n of_o god_n remain_v in_o they_o and_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v worship_v if_o the_o plea_n of_o the_o arrian_n for_o the_o worship_n of_o christ_n who_o they_o assert_v to_o be_v a_o mere_a creature_n have_v be_v justifiable_a then_o by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_a plea_n it_o have_v be_v lawful_a to_o worship_n the_o saint_n but_o as_o the_o plea_n can_v maintain_v the_o arrian_n in_o the_o worship_v of_o christ_n so_o that_o plea_n will_v not_o justify_v you_o nor_o your_o church_n in_o the_o practice_n of_o pray_v to_o saint_n hence_o it_o be_v that_o the_o great_a doctor_n st._n athanasius_n that_o if_o you_o worship_v the_o man_n christ_n because_o the_o word_n of_o god_n abide_v in_o he_o worship_n also_o the_o saint_n who_o have_v the_o word_n of_o god_n abide_v in_o they_o i_o humble_o conceive_v it_o may_v not_o be_v unnecessary_a to_o put_v you_o in_o mind_n that_o as_o the_o greek_a father_n now_o cite_v do_v by_o no_o mean_n countenance_v your_o doctrine_n and_o practice_n of_o pray_v to_o saint_n and_o angel_n there_o be_v also_o several_a latin_a father_n who_o be_v of_o the_o same_o opinion_n tertullian_n who_o live_v about_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o three_o century_n he_o say_v haec_fw-la ab_fw-la alio_fw-la orare_fw-la non_fw-la possum_fw-la quam_fw-la aquo_fw-la i_o scio_fw-la consecuturum_fw-la quoniam_fw-la ut_fw-la ipse_fw-la est_fw-la qui_fw-la solum_fw-la praestat_fw-la etc._n etc._n the_o substance_n of_o which_o
