as_o it_o be_v christ_n perfect_a obedience_n only_o which_o be_v put_v into_o the_o room_n of_o we_o to_o justify_v and_o save_v we_o as_o our_o own_o shall_v have_v do_v have_v we_o be_v able_a to_o perform_v it_o and_o so_o his_o suffering_n take_v away_o the_o curse_n which_o our_o disobedience_n bring_v upon_o we_o second_o it_o must_v also_o be_v observe_v that_o god_n have_v promise_v salvation_n upon_o the_o account_n of_o his_o son_n satisfaction_n to_o all_o that_o come_v to_o he_o or_o believe_v in_o he_o faith_n be_v therefore_o no_o other_o than_o a_o come_v believe_v or_o also_o precept_n or_o law_n of_o obedience_n which_o be_v prescribe_v unto_o man_n on_o his_o part_n to_o be_v observe_v but_o in_o the_o description_n of_o the_o covenant_n here_o annex_v there_o be_v no_o mention_n of_o any_o condition_n on_o the_o part_n of_o man_n or_o any_o term_n of_o obedience_n which_o be_v prescribe_v unto_o he_o but_o the_o whole_a consist_v in_o free_a gratuitous_a promise_n as_o we_o shall_v see_v in_o the_o explication_n of_o it_o first_o the_o word_n berith_n use_v by_o the_o prophet_n do_v not_o only_o signify_v a_o covenant_n or_o compact_v proper_o so_o call_v but_o a_o free_a gratuitous_a promise_n also_o yea_o sometime_o it_o be_v use_v for_o such_o a_o free_a purpose_n of_o god_n with_o respect_n unto_o other_o thing_n which_o in_o their_o own_o reference_n whereunto_o i_o shall_v only_o mind_v you_o of_o one_o passage_n more_o of_o the_o same_o worthy_a person_n in_o his_o forementioned_a discourse_n upon_o the_o hebrew_n p._n 15._o it_o can_v be_v deny_v say_v he_o but_o that_o some_o man_n may_v and_o it_o be_v just_o to_o be_v fear_v that_o some_o man_n do_v abuse_v the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o countenance_v may_v just_o take_v comfort_n in_o those_o gracious_a operation_n of_o the_o spirit_n in_o we_o which_o be_v bring_v forth_o as_o the_o fruit_n of_o the_o divine_a grace_n so_o reveal_v unto_o we_o and_o that_o as_o a_o evidence_n of_o our_o interest_n in_o he_o as_o for_o the_o antinomian_a slurs_n which_o upon_o this_o occasion_n you_o be_v please_v so_o liberal_o to_o reflect_v upon_o i_o
