the_o world_n namely_o 1._o that_o those_o who_o be_v blind_a may_v receive_v sight_n 2._o that_o those_o who_o presume_v they_o see_v and_o know_v more_o than_o other_o for_o their_o despise_v the_o gospel_n and_o shut_v their_o eye_n against_o the_o light_n of_o it_o shall_v be_v leave_v in_o darkness_n and_o by_o the_o just_a judgement_n of_o god_n be_v more_o and_o more_o blind_v those_o who_o shut_v their_o eye_n wilful_o against_o the_o clear_a light_n and_o say_v they_o will_v not_o see_v it_o be_v just_a with_o god_n to_o close_v their_o eye_n judicial_o and_o say_v they_o shall_v not_o see_v 40_o and_o some_o of_o the_o pharisee_n which_o be_v with_o he_o hear_v these_o word_n and_o say_v unto_o he_o be_v we_o blind_a also_o 41_o jesus_n say_v unto_o they_o if_o you_o be_v blind_a you_o shall_v have_v no_o sin_n but_o now_o you_o say_v we_o see_v therefore_o your_o sin_n remain_v observe_v here_o 1._o how_o the_o pharisee_n who_o watch_v all_o opportunity_n to_o ensnare_v our_o and_o will_v not_o see_v the_o light_n which_o christ_n offer_v to_o they_o be_v the_o worst_a of_o blind_a one_o observe_v 2._o our_o saviour_n reply_n to_o the_o pharisee_n question_n if_o you_o be_v blind_a that_o be_v simple_o ignorant_a of_o your_o duty_n and_o without_o the_o mean_n of_o knowledge_n and_o instruction_n you_o shall_v have_v no_o sin_n that_o be_v comparative_o to_o what_o you_o now_o have_v you_o shall_v not_o have_v have_v so_o much_o sin_n and_o guilt_n upon_o you_o as_o now_o you_o have_v by_o shut_v your_o eye_n against_o the_o light_n but_o now_o you_o say_v we_o see_v that_o be_v be_v puff_v up_o with_o the_o knowledge_n which_o you_o have_v as_o if_o you_o be_v the_o only_a man_n that_o see_v this_o proud_a conceit_n of_o you_o render_v your_o condition_n incurable_a and_o your_o sin_n remain_v unpardonable_a learn_v hence_o 1._o that_o it_o be_v a_o far_o great_a sin_n to_o contemn_v the_o know_a law_n of_o god_n than_o to_o be_v ignorant_a of_o they_o pride_n be_v a_o great_a hindrance_n of_o knowledge_n than_o ignorance_n because_o the_o proud_a man_n think_v he_o want_v no_o knowledge_n 2._o that_o the_o most_o exalt_a knowledge_n be_v insufficient_a to_o salvation_n without_o a_o suitable_a and_o correspondent_a practice_n the_o pharisee_n have_v the_o key_n of_o knowledge_n at_o their_o girdle_n yet_o our_o saviour_n tell_v they_o of_o a_o double_a damnation_n lord_n how_o sad_a be_v it_o so_o to_o know_v christ_n in_o this_o world_n as_o that_o he_o will_v be_v ashamed_a to_o know_v we_o in_o another_o world_n chap._n
