if_o we_o confess_v our_o sin_n thou_o will_v be_v faithful_a and_o just_a to_o forgive_v we_o our_o sin_n and_o to_o cleanse_v we_o from_o all_o unrighteousness_n rely_v a_o thy_o mercy_n and_o gracious_a promise_n we_o desire_v in_o the_o first_o place_n most_o humble_o to_o confess_v before_o thou_o that_o we_o be_v not_o only_o conceive_v in_o sin_n and_o bring_v forth_o in_o iniquity_n but_o as_o if_o that_o have_v be_v but_o a_o small_a matter_n we_o have_v proceed_v on_o to_o the_o commission_n of_o many_o actual_a transgression_n to_o sin_n of_o omission_n we_o have_v daily_o add_v sin_n of_o commission_n to_o sin_n of_o weakness_n and_o surprise_v sin_n of_o wiljulness_n and_o obstinacy_n to_o sin_n of_o ignorance_n sin_n of_o presumption_n yea_o o_o lord_n if_o we_o reflect_v upon_o the_o action_n of_o our_o life_n past_a and_o serious_o consider_v how_o we_o have_v behave_v ourselves_o even_o from_o the_o first_o use_n of_o our_o reason_n to_o this_o very_a moment_n we_o can_v scarce_o find_v that_o sin_n which_o we_o have_v not_o commit_v that_o commandment_n of_o thou_o which_o we_o have_v not_o often_o break_v although_o to_o the_o keep_n of_o it_o thou_o have_v annex_v a_o great_a reward_n thou_o have_v not_o be_v want_v unto_o we_o in_o any_o thing_n that_o may_v invite_v or_o encourage_v we_o to_o promote_v the_o welfare_n of_o our_o precious_a and_o immortal_a soul_n thou_o have_v give_v we_o the_o knowledge_n of_o our_o duty_n and_o instruct_v we_o in_o it_o and_o follow_v it_o with_o the_o inward_a work_n of_o thy_o grace_n whereby_o we_o may_v be_v enable_v to_o perform_v it_o and_o to_o conquer_v our_o sinful_a lust_n and_o desire_v but_o o_o lord_n we_o still_o retain_v a_o darkness_n in_o our_o understanding_n a_o unruliness_n in_o our_o affection_n and_o a_o crookedness_n in_o our_o will_n bend_v down_o towards_o the_o carnal_a part_n and_o great_a proneness_n to_o gratify_v it_o thou_o have_v deter_v we_o also_o by_o thy_o menace_n and_o denunciation_n of_o judgement_n say_v thou_o will_v by_o no_o mean_n clear_v the_o guilty_a tribulation_n and_o anguish_n indignation_n and_o wrath_n upon_o every_o soul_n that_o sin_v and_o yet_o neither_o have_v thy_o mercy_n allure_v we_o nor_o thy_o threat_n affright_v we_o from_o follow_v the_o dictate_v of_o our_o own_o sinful_a inclination_n but_o we_o have_v go_v on_o in_o a_o continual_a rebellion_n against_o thou_o as_o if_o we_o mean_v speedy_o to_o fill_v up_o the_o measure_n of_o our_o iniquity_n and_o to_o hasten_v our_o own_o destruction_n and_o now_o o_o lord_n what_o can_v we_o say_v for_o ourselves_o but_o that_o we_o have_v deserve_v the_o severe_a of_o thy_o wrath_n and_o displeasure_n and_o that_o it_o be_v pure_o of_o the_o lord_n mercy_n that_o we_o be_v not_o consume_v and_o now_o lord_n what_o be_v our_o hope_n true_o our_o hope_n be_v even_o in_o thou_o thou_o have_v reveal_v thyself_o to_o be_v a_o god_n gracious_a and_o merciful_a slow_a to_o anger_n and_o of_o great_a kindness_n repent_v thou_o of_o the_o evil_n we_o appeal_v therefore_o from_o the_o bar_n of_o thy_o justice_n to_o the_o throne_n of_o thy_o
