first_o be_v concern_v the_o thing_n of_o this_o life_n and_o the_o other_o two_o concern_v spiritual_a gift_n and_o it_o consist_v partly_o in_o justification_n partly_o in_o sanctification_n q._n but_o first_o for_o the_o order_n why_o do_v we_o beg_v for_o the_o thing_n of_o this_o life_n before_o spiritual_a mercy_n our_o bodily_a bread_n before_o our_o spiritual_a bread_n a._n because_o in_o nature_n a_o man_n must_v have_v a_o outward_a be_v here_o before_o we_o have_v a_o better_a this_o life_n be_v the_o time_n of_o our_o trade_n and_o after_o this_o life_n there_o be_v no_o grace_n to_o be_v have_v therefore_o we_o must_v have_v this_o life_n before_o we_o can_v live_v everlasting_o with_o god_n hereafter_o no_o man_n can_v get_v good_a by_o the_o mean_n that_o do_v and_o eat_v excessive_o but_o the_o physician_n order_v all_o their_o diet_n for_o if_o they_o shall_v have_v their_o fill_n it_o will_v kill_v they_o a_o full_a stomach_n will_v increase_v the_o humour_n so_o the_o lord_n be_v a_o marvellous_a skilful_a physician_n we_o have_v proud_a haughty_a heart_n and_o will_v have_v dainty_n and_o if_o we_o shall_v have_v riches_n as_o we_o will_v god_n shall_v loose_v his_o honour_n which_o now_o he_o have_v by_o we_o be_v keep_v under_o hatch_n therefore_o the_o lord_n diet_n we_o nothing_o will_v serve_v some_o if_o the_o lord_n shall_v not_o stint_v they_o but_o they_o will_v be_v as_o proud_a and_o saucy_a as_o ever_o they_o can_v therefore_o the_o lord_n be_v compel_v to_o diet_v they_o thus_o we_o shall_v be_v content_a with_o the_o this_o life_n and_o a_o better_a the_o first_o we_o have_v handle_v and_o they_o that_o concern_v our_o spiritual_a being_n follow_v wherein_o observe_v 1._o the_o order_n 2._o the_o sense_n and_o meaning_n of_o the_o word_n 3._o the_o frame_n of_o the_o heart_n in_o put_v up_o this_o petition_n 1._o the_o order_n why_o it_o be_v thus_o place_v namely_o justification_n before_o sanctification_n require_v and_o it_o come_v from_o a_o gracious_a disposition_n of_o soul_n which_o god_n must_v put_v in_o we_o before_o we_o can_v do_v it_o for_o sanctification_n follow_v justification_n now_o to_o forgive_v trespass_n be_v a_o work_n of_o obedience_n flow_v from_o sanctification_n which_o sanctification_n follow_v justification_n as_o a_o man_n shall_v say_v a_o tree_n bring_v forth_o
