the_o abolition_n of_o it_o here_o the_o task_n to_o reconcile_v be_v now_o you_o also_o that_o we_o deny_v the_o law_n abide_v still_o a_o slander_n for_o which_o the_o law_n be_v against_o you_o see_v the_o the_o nine_o commandment_n the_o lord_n lay_v it_o not_o unto_o your_o charge_n m._n b._n p._n 52._o the_o second_o interpretation_n be_v of_o the_o damnatory_n and_o curse_a power_n of_o the_o law_n the_o law_n be_v not_o make_v to_o a_o believer_n so_o as_o he_o shall_v abide_v under_o the_o curse_a and_o condemn_v power_n of_o it_o answ_n you_o may_v remember_v that_o right_a now_o without_o all_o power_n to_o burn_v and_o tell_v we_o of_o such_o a_o law_n as_o want_v power_n to_o condemn_v who_o will_v now_o fear_v either_o or_o rather_o who_o can_v credit_v such_o vain_a word_n your_o sword_n cut_v the_o throat_n of_o the_o owner_n for_o from_o the_o removal_n or_o restraint_n of_o the_o act_n or_o operation_n the_o argument_n do_v not_o hold_v for_o the_o removal_n of_o the_o thing_n or_o the_o power_n to_o condemn_v but_o rather_o on_o the_o contrary_a it_o strong_o and_o necessary_o infer_v and_o conclude_v that_o there_o be_v such_o a_o condemn_a power_n in_o the_o law_n in_o that_o it_o be_v restrain_v and_o hinder_v from_o the_o actual_a do_v of_o it_o but_o second_o here_o be_v no_o such_o miracle_n wrought_v upon_o the_o law_n as_o be_v there_o upon_o the_o fire_n which_o keep_v it_o from_o burn_v the_o three_o worthy_n dan._n 3.23_o 25._o though_o more_o abundant_a mercy_n be_v show_v for_o christ_n be_v make_v under_o the_o law_n to_o redeem_v we_o from_o under_o it_o gal._n 4.4_o not_o to_o take_v the_o curse_n from_o the_o law_n but_o to_o redeem_v we_o in_o what_o sense_n and_o to_o what_o end_n christ_n be_v under_o as_o our_o surety_n head_n and_o husband_n of_o his_o church_n but_o of_o this_o more_o afterward_o m._n b._n consider_v some_o parallel_a place_n of_o scripture_n gal._n 5.23_o speak_v of_o the_o fruit_n of_o the_o spirit_n against_o such_o there_o be_v no_o law_n the_o law_n be_v not_o make_v to_o these_o to_o condemn_v they_o answ_n and_o if_o you_o refer_v it_o to_o the_o fruit_n of_o the_o spirit_n the_o spirit_n produce_v his_o fruit_n of_o himself_o and_o of_o his_o own_o accord_n no_o outward_a law_n command_v and_o direct_v m._n b._n and_o if_o because_o the_o godly_a have_v a_o ingenuous_a free_a spirit_n to_o do_v what_o be_v good_a he_o need_v not_o the_o law_n direct_v or_o regulate_v it_o will_v follow_v as_o well_o he_o need_v not_o the_o whole_a scripture_n answ_n you_o will_v still_o bear_v man_n in_o hand_n that_o we_o be_v against_o the_o use_n of_o the_o law_n which_o yet_o we_o do_v stand_v for_o if_o lawful_o use_v as_o your_o text_n require_v and_o that_o in_o all_o the_o authority_n and_o office_n of_o it_o and_o this_o we_o can_v and_o be_v ready_a to_o make_v good_a upon_o occasion_n yet_o since_o this_o be_v so_o often_o inculcate_v by_o you_o i_o wish_v you_o will_v give_v satisfaction_n in_o these_o few_o thing_n first_o if_o the_o spirit_n make_v the_o will_n and_o affection_n free_a to_o what_o be_v good_a do_v it_o alter_v and_o enlighten_v the_o understanding_n also_o to_o know_v what_o be_v truth_n and_o good_a and_o effectual_o incline_v move_v guide_n and_o lead_v aright_o without_o the_o direction_n and_o regulate_v of_o the_o law_n do_v the_o spirit_n which_o be_v light_n and_o give_v all_o light_n and_o directive_n power_n to_o the_o law_n need_v the_o law_n in_o his_o work_n 2._o you_o be_v to_o prove_v and_o clear_v better_o than_o yet_o you_o have_v do_v that_o the_o law_n be_v instrumental_a to_o the_o spirit_n in_o the_o work_n and_o way_n of_o sanctification_n 3._o where_o do_v you_o find_v that_o the_o moral_a law_n do_v give_v help_n or_o power_n unto_o any_o jubet_fw-la non_fw-la juvat_fw-la 4._o whereas_o you_o say_v we_o be_v flesh_n and_o not_o all_o spirit_n etc._n etc._n it_o may_v be_v reply_v that_o by_o
