assembly_n of_o the_o elder_n as_o distinguish_v from_o the_o assembly_n of_o the_o people_n and_o let_v they_o praise_v he_o in_o the_o assembly_n of_o the_o elder_n 5._o as_o prayer_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v make_v in_o the_o congregation_n for_o such_o of_o the_o flock_n as_o be_v in_o any_o special_a danger_n of_o their_o life_n so_o duty_n require_v that_o praise_n shall_v be_v offer_v for_o their_o remarkable_a delivery_n or_o recovery_n out_o of_o those_o danger_n for_o of_o such_o as_o be_v deliver_v from_o shipwreck_n it_o be_v say_v let_v they_o exalt_v he_o also_o in_o the_o congregation_n of_o the_o people_n 6._o as_o it_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o people_n duty_n to_o acquaint_v the_o elder_n of_o the_o congregation_n with_o such_o passage_n of_o god_n most_o from_o his_o grace_n towards_o sinner_n whence_o learn_v 1._o unworthiness_n and_o ill_a deserve_n shall_v not_o hinder_v sinner_n to_o come_v to_o receive_v mercy_n and_o reconciliation_n the_o lord_n be_v gracious_a 2._o albeit_o the_o sinner_n have_v draw_v on_o much_o misery_n upon_o himself_o and_o justice_n have_v seize_v upon_o he_o for_o his_o sin_n yet_o may_v he_o be_v relieve_v and_o bring_v out_o of_o his_o misery_n if_o he_o seek_v the_o lord_n for_o the_o lord_n be_v full_a of_o compassion_n 3._o albeit_o the_o lord_n be_v sundry_a way_n provoke_v to_o visit_v with_o the_o rod_n yet_o he_o give_v time_n to_o repent_v before_o he_o declare_v his_o wrath_n he_o be_v slow_a to_o anger_v 4._o the_o lord_n anger_n do_v not_o endure_v long_o than_o his_o people_n be_v humble_v in_o the_o sense_n of_o their_o provocation_n and_o when_o they_o seek_v pardon_v he_o be_v ready_a to_o grant_v it_o he_o be_v of_o great_a mercy_n vers._n 9_o the_o lord_n be_v good_a to_o all_o and_o his_o tender_a mercy_n be_v over_o all_o his_o work_n the_o second_o reason_n of_o god_n praise_n be_v his_o bounty_n general_o unto_o all_o his_o creature_n and_o that_o for_o man_n sake_n whence_o learn_v 1._o the_o lord_n be_v good_a and_o kind_a to_o all_o man_n even_o the_o wicked_a not_o except_v the_o lord_n be_v good_a to_o all_o 2._o god_n mercy_n may_v be_v see_v towards_o man_n in_o the_o continuation_n of_o the_o whole_a course_n of_o the_o creature_n which_o be_v defile_v by_o man_n sin_n he_o may_v in_o justice_n have_v abolish_v or_o make_v they_o either_o useless_a to_o man_n or_o else_o instrument_n of_o his_o grief_n his_o tender_a mercy_n be_v over_o all_o his_o work_n ver._n 10._o all_o thy_o work_n shall_v praise_v thou_o o_o lord_n and_o thy_o saint_n shall_v bless_v thou_o the_o three_o reason_n of_o god_n praise_n be_v the_o glory_n of_o his_o work_n which_o do_v furnish_v matter_n unto_o the_o saint_n to_o bless_v god_n whence_o learn_v 1._o albeit_o all_o man_n be_v silent_a the_o lord_n work_n one_o and_o all_o shall_v speak_v each_o of_o they_o in_o their_o own_o kind_n to_o the_o praise_n of_o god_n all_o thy_o work_n shall_v praise_v thou_o o_o god_n 2._o albeit_o every_o man_n do_v not_o make_v use_n of_o god_n goodness_n and_o work_n but_o most_o man_n do_v smother_v the_o glory_n of_o god_n in_o their_o atheism_n yet_o the_o lord_n have_v a_o number_n who_o have_v find_v grace_n in_o his_o eye_n who_o shall_v observe_v god_n goodness_n both_o to_o the_o creature_n and_o to_o themselves_o and_o shall_v bless_v he_o upon_o that_o account_n and_o thy_o saint_n shall_v bless_v thou_o vers._n 11._o they_o shall_v speak_v of_o the_o glory_n of_o thy_o kingdom_n and_o talk_v of_o thy_o power_n 12._o to_o make_v know_v to_o the_o son_n of_o man_n his_o mighty_a act_n and_o the_o glorious_a majesty_n of_o his_o kingdom_n the_o four_o reason_n of_o god_n praise_n be_v from_o the_o lord_n dominion_n and_o power_n whereof_o the_o saint_n be_v both_o observer_n and_o herald_n whence_o learn_v 1._o there_o be_v no_o less_o matter_n of_o praise_v god_n for_o the_o uphold_v and_o govern_v of_o the_o creature_n then_o for_o make_v of_o they_o they_o shall_v speak_v of_o the_o glory_n of_o thy_o kingdom_n and_o talk_v of_o thy_o power_n 2._o the_o lord_n will_v have_v his_o saint_n to_o instruct_v such_o as_o be_v not_o convert_v to_o know_v his_o glory_n power_n and_o majesty_n that_o they_o may_v be_v bring_v in_o and_o make_v subject_n of_o his_o special_a kingdom_n of_o grace_n thy_o saint_n shall_v speak_v of_o the_o glory_n of_o thy_o kingdom_n and_o talk_v of_o thy_o power_n to_o make_v know_v to_o the_o son_n of_o man_n his_o mighty_a act_n and_o the_o glorious_a majesty_n of_o his_o kingdom_n vers._n 13._o thy_o kingdom_n be_v a_o everlasting_a kingdom_n and_o thy_o dominion_n endure_v throughout_o all_o generation_n the_o five_o reason_n of_o god_n praise_n be_v from_o the_o perpetual_a endurance_n of_o god_n kingdom_n whence_o learn_v 1._o earthly_a king_n as_o they_o have_v but_o few_o subject_n so_o they_o live_v but_o a_o short_a while_n in_o their_o kingdom_n but_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n both_o that_o general_a kingdom_n which_o he_o have_v over_o all_o the_o creature_n and_o that_o special_a kingdom_n over_o the_o saint_n in_o his_o church_n be_v from_o age_n to_o age_n perpetual_a thy_o kingdom_n be_v a_o everlasting_a kingdom_n and_o thy_o dominion_n endure_v throughout_o all_o generation_n vers._n 14._o the_o lord_n uphold_v all_o that_o fall_n and_o raise_v up_o all_o
