there_o be_v or_o have_v be_v but_o there_o have_v be_v rule_n and_o law_n among_o themselves_o for_o some_o civility_n and_o morality_n according_a to_o their_o corrupt_a reason_n and_o understanding_n of_o god_n and_o god_n not_o to_o sanctify_v or_o justify_v man_n before_o god_n for_o that_o be_v only_a christ_n work_n but_o to_o civilize_v and_o moralize_v they_o before_o man_n
