passion_n and_o the_o order_n thou_o ought_v to_o observe_v herein_o be_v that_o when_o thou_o be_v dispose_v to_o meditate_v upon_o that_o which_o thy_o redeemer_n have_v suffer_v then_o assure_o account_v and_o think_v all_o be_v do_v for_o thy_o sake_n and_o that_o the_o plentiful_a fruit_n &_o benefit_n which_o by_o mean_n of_o his_o passion_n and_o death_n he_o have_v purchase_v be_v for_o thou_o and_o to_o thy_o behoof_n and_o he_o will_v that_o thou_o shall_v be_v partaker_n thereof_o if_o the_o fault_n be_v not_o in_o thyself_o so_o that_o thou_o may_v assure_o believe_v that_o his_o torment_n be_v thou_o that_o his_o tear_n and_o sorrow_n be_v thou_o the_o infinite_a price_n of_o his_o bloodshedding_n to_o be_v thou_o and_o final_o that_o all_o his_o death_n and_o passion_n be_v thou_o for_o as_o we_o have_v say_v for_o thou_o he_o suffer_v and_o he_o gracious_o will_v thou_o shall_v be_v partaker_n of_o the_o fruit_n thereof_o so_o to_o understand_v what_o precious_a treasure_n thou_o have_v lay_v up_o in_o he_o which_o consideration_n shall_v so_o ease_v thou_o of_o thy_o pain_n and_o fear_n and_o give_v thou_o so_o great_a hope_n and_o gladness_n that_o it_o shall_v cause_v thou_o to_o say_v with_o saint_n paul_n god_n forbid_v that_o i_o shall_v rejoice_v or_o glory_v in_o any_o thing_n else_o but_o in_o the_o cross_n of_o my_o lord_n jesu_n christ_n and_o worthy_o for_o in_o it_o thou_o have_v a_o infinite_a treasure_n by_o mean_n whereof_o thou_o have_v obtain_v salvation_n and_o reconciliation_n between_o god_n and_o thou_o and_o thy_o sin_n be_v forgive_v thou_o thou_o be_v receive_v for_o the_o son_n of_o god_n the_o gate_n of_o heaven_n be_v open_v unto_o thou_o and_o with_o it_o and_o by_o it_o all_o goodness_n in_o one_o heap_n be_v cast_v unto_o thou_o see_v then_o what_o cause_n thou_o have_v to_o rejoice_v and_o leap_v for_o gladness_n consider_v this_o but_o here_o i_o must_v not_o forget_v to_o advise_v thou_o that_o when_o after_o this_o sort_n thou_o have_v meditate_v upon_o this_o holy_a mystery_n thou_o must_v remember_v that_o this_o hope_n and_o joy_n which_o thou_o shall_v feel_v in_o find_v thyself_o so_o enrich_v and_o full_a of_o spiritual_a treasure_n they_o cause_v thou_o not_o to_o wax_v cold_a negligent_a and_o slothful_a in_o good_a work_n but_o rather_o that_o thereby_o thou_o be_v stir_v &_o prick_v forward_o in_o fervent_a and_o earnest_a love_n of_o god_n and_o to_o serve_v he_o aswell_o to_o show_v thyself_o as_o good_a reason_n be_v thankful_a to_o thy_o benefactor_n as_o also_o lest_o he_o take_v away_o again_o from_o thou_o the_o same_o his_o gift_n and_o riches_n as_o it_o have_v happen_v to_o other_o for_o their_o unthankfulness_n and_o negligence_n and_o thus_o much_o touch_v this_o manner_n of_o meditation_n a_o declaration_n of_o the_o eight_o manner_n of_o meditation_n by_o the_o way_n of_o love_n the_o eight_o kind_n and_o sort_n of_o meditation_n upon_o the_o passion_n be_v by_o way_n of_o love_n which_o we_o have_v place_v here_o last_o because_o according_a to_o the_o mind_n of_o saint_n paul_n like_a as_o the_o end_n of_o the_o commandment_n be_v charity_n or_o love_n proceed_v from_o a_o pure_a heart_n so_o also_o the_o principal_a purpose_n and_o end_n of_o meditation_n upon_o this_o holy_a mystery_n and_o other_o be_v that_o the_o soul_n may_v remain_v inflame_v in_o the_o love_n of_o god_n according_a to_o that_o which_o the_o holy_a prophet_n david_n understand_v when_o he_o say_v in_o my_o meditation_n the_o fire_n shall_v be_v kindle_v that_o be_v to_o say_v my_o soul_n shall_v be_v inflame_v with_o
