practice_n every_o man_n for_o himself_o and_o god_n for_o we_o all_o second_o see_v the_o merciful_a man_n be_v bless_v we_o must_v learn_v to_o put_v mercy_n on_o tender_a mercy_n or_o the_o bowel_n prove_v that_o by_o so_o do_v we_o shall_v show_v ourselves_o to_o be_v his_o child_n wherein_o first_o observe_v the_o manner_n of_o christ_n speech_n he_o say_v not_o he_o have_v cause_v the_o sun_n use_n of_o they_o continue_v no_o more_o thus_o it_o be_v with_o we_o both_o in_o regard_n of_o our_o soul_n and_o body_n with_o the_o faculty_n power_n and_o grace_n thereof_o for_o â—_o what_o have_v thou_o that_o thou_o have_v not_o receive_v from_o he_o who_o 3._o bear_v up_o all_o thing_n by_o his_o mighty_a word_n now_o hence_o we_o must_v learn_v these_o duty_n first_o to_o seek_v to_o so_o common_a among_o we_o but_o we_o be_v to_o know_v that_o there_o be_v no_o such_o virtue_n in_o any_o word_n it_o be_v only_a faith_n in_o the_o heart_n that_o make_v god_n word_n effectual_a for_o our_o good_a word_n of_o themselves_o can_v do_v no_o more_o but_o signify_v and_o that_o they_o do_v not_o of_o themselves_o but_o by_o the_o pleasure_n of_o man_n and_o therefore_o we_o be_v to_o renounce_v the_o use_n of_o all_o spell_n and_o charm_n for_o be_v the_o word_n never_o so_o good_a they_o be_v but_o the_o devil_n watch_v word_n and_o the_o ceremony_n use_v therewithal_o be_v his_o sacrament_n to_o cause_v he_o to_o work_v wonder_n we_o therefore_o must_v learn_v by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n to_o conceive_v better_o of_o god_n then_o nature_n can_v teach_v we_o as_o of_o a_o heavenly_a invisible_a god_n govern_v all_o creature_n by_o his_o providence_n and_o not_o persuade_v by_o man_n reason_n but_o work_v all_o thing_n according_a to_o the_o counsel_n of_o his_o the_o obtain_n of_o mercy_n he_o that_o show_v mercy_n shall_v find_v mercy_n both_o with_o god_n and_o man_n where_o first_o we_o merit_n may_v see_v the_o error_n of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n
