will_v have_v fall_v whole_o upon_o ourselves_o god_n have_v no_o motive_n beside_o that_o of_o his_o pity_n to_o we_o to_o wish_v a_o reconciliation_n yet_o so_o far_o be_v he_o from_o return_v our_o enmity_n when_o he_o may_v have_v revenge_v himself_o to_o our_o eternal_a ruin_n that_o he_o design_n and_o contrive_v how_o he_o may_v bring_v we_o to_o be_v at_o peace_n with_o he_o this_o be_v a_o huge_a degree_n of_o mercy_n and_o kindness_n but_o the_o mean_v he_o use_v for_o effect_v this_o be_v yet_o far_o beyond_o it_o he_o send_v his_o own_o son_n from_o heaven_n to_o work_v it_o and_o that_o not_o only_o by_o persuasion_n but_o suffering_n also_o so_o much_o do_v he_o prize_v we_o miserable_a ●_z that_o he_o think_v we_o not_o too_o dear_o buy_v with_o the_o blood_n of_o his_o son_n the_o like_a example_n of_o mercy_n and_o patience_n we_o have_v in_o christ_n both_o lay_v down_o his_o life_n for_o we_o enemy_n and_o also_o in_o that_o meek_a manner_n of_o do_v it_o which_o we_o find_v excellent_o set_v forth_o by_o the_o apostle_n 1_o pet._n 2._o 22_o 23_o 24._o and_o commend_v to_o our_o imitation_n now_o sure_o when_o all_o this_o be_v consider_v we_o may_v well_o appear_v a_o vast_a difference_n between_o they_o and_o that_o in_o several_a respect_n for_o first_o there_o be_v the_o majesty_n of_o the_o person_n against_o who_o we_o sin_n which_o exceed_o increase_v the_o guilt_n whereas_o between_o man_n and_o man_n there_o can_v be_v so_o great_a a_o distance_n for_o though_o some_o man_n be_v by_o god_n advance_v to_o such_o eminency_n of_o dignity_n as_o may_v make_v a_o injury_n offer_v to_o they_o the_o great_a yet_o still_o they_o be_v but_o man_n of_o the_o same_o nature_n with_o we_o whereas_o he_o be_v god_n bless_v for_o ever_o second_o there_o be_v his_o sovereignty_n and_o power_n which_o be_v original_a in_o god_n for_o we_o be_v his_o creature_n we_o have_v receive_v our_o whole_a be_v from_o he_o and_o therefore_o be_v and_o for_o the_o most_o part_n there_o be_v none_o of_o this_o neither_o in_o the_o case_n quarrel_n be_v most_o usual_a among_o equal_n three_o there_o be_v his_o infinite_a bounty_n and_o goodness_n to_o we_o all_o that_o ever_o we_o enjoy_v whether_o in_o relation_n to_o this_o life_n or_o a_o better_a be_v whole_o his_o free_a gift_n &_o so_o there_o be_v the_o foul_a ingratitude_n add_v to_o our_o other_o crime_n in_o which_o respect_n also_o it_o be_v impossible_a for_o one_o man_n to_o offend_v against_o a_o other_o in_o such_o a_o degree_n for_o though_o one_o may_v be_v &_o too_o many_o be_v guilty_a of_o unthankfulness_n towards_o man_n yet_o because_o the_o great_a benefit_n that_o man_n can_v bestow_v be_v infinite_o short_a of_o those_o which_o god_n do_v the_o ingratitude_n can_v be_v near_o so_o great_a as_o towards_o god_n it_o be_v last_o there_o be_v the_o greatness_n and_o multitude_n of_o our_o sin_n against_o god_n which_o do_v infinite_o exceed_v all_o that_o the_o most_o injurious_a man_n can_v do_v against_o we_o for_o we_o all_o sin_n much_o often_o and_o more_o heinous_o against_o he_o then_o any_o man_n be_v he_o never_o so_o malicious_a can_v find_v opportunity_n of_o injure_v his_o brethren_n this_o inequality_n and_o disproportion_n our_o saviour_n intimate_v in_o the_o parable_n mat._n 18._o where_o our_o offence_n against_o god_n be_v note_v by_o the_o ten_o thousand_o talent_n whereas_o our_o brethren_n against_o we_o be_v describe_v by_o the_o hundred_o penny_n a_o talon_n huge_o outweigh_v a_o penny_n and_o ten_o thousand_o outnumber_n a_o hundred_o yet_o so_o and_o much_o more_o do_v the_o weight_n and_o number_n of_o our_o sin_n exceed_v all_o the_o offence_n of_o other_o against_o we_o much_o more_o may_v be_v say_v to_o show_v the_o vast_a inequality_n between_o the_o fault_n which_o god_n forgive_v we_o and_o those_o we_o can_v possible_o have_v to_o forgive_v our_o brethren_n but_o this_o i_o suppose_v may_v unreasonable_a thing_n but_o since_o god_n himself_o act_v it_o in_o so_o much_o a_o high_a degree_n who_o can_v without_o blasphemy_n say_v it_o be_v unreasonable_a if_o this_o or_o
