father_n of_o our_o lord_n jesu_n christ_n which_o together_o with_o thy_o son_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n do_v create_v man_n after_o thy_o own_o likeness_n and_o breath_n into_o he_o the_o breath_n of_o life_n the_o which_o through_o thy_o goodness_n continue_v at_o thy_o pleasure_n thou_o have_v make_v of_o one_o blood_n all_o mankind_n and_o assign_v time_n and_o length_n of_o our_o life_n in_o this_o world_n thou_o give_v life_n to_o the_o people_n on_o the_o earth_n and_o breath_n to_o the_o walker_n therein_o which_o if_o thou_o take_v away_o they_o shall_v depart_v and_o be_v turn_v into_o dust_n we_o bless_v thou_o heavenly_a father_n and_o with_o all_o our_o heart_n give_v thou_o thanks_o not_o only_o for_o save_v we_o this_o day_n from_o danger_n but_o also_o from_o our_o cradle_n for_o defend_v both_o our_o soul_n and_o body_n from_o death_n wherefore_o magnify_v the_o lord_n o_o our_o soul_n and_o our_o spirit_n rejoice_v in_o god_n our_o saviour_n for_o he_o have_v
