trust_v i_o grant_v unto_o their_o riches_n and_o be_v proud_a rest_v upon_o their_o great_a wealth_n as_o though_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o they_o to_o do_v what_o they_o lust_n 7_o but_o i_o beseech_v you_o what_o be_v more_o vain_a than_o this_o momentanie_n confidence_n for_o the_o use_n of_o riches_n doubtless_o be_v no_o long_o durable_a than_o the_o life_n itself_o which_o be_v most_o short_a although_o a_o man_n shall_v possess_v they_o to_o the_o last_o minute_n of_o his_o life_n for_o no_o man_n can_v redeem_v another_o much_o less_o himself_o with_o his_o riches_n neither_o can_v he_o make_v any_o covenant_n with_o god_n for_o the_o restore_n of_o life_n 8_o for_o the_o price_n of_o the_o life_n be_v great_a than_o that_o it_o can_v be_v pay_v by_o any_o man_n much_o less_o that_o a_o man_n shall_v get_v immortality_n to_o himself_o by_o any_o riches_n 9_o nay_o no_o man_n can_v obtain_v unto_o himself_o the_o prolong_v of_o his_o life_n by_o any_o sum_n of_o money_n 10_o for_o the_o very_a experience_n of_o all_o age_n do_v teach_v that_o all_o man_n must_v die_v be_v they_o wise_a be_v they_o foolish_a and_o that_o there_o be_v no_o difference_n in_o this_o thing_n either_o of_o kind_n or_o of_o age_n or_o of_o state_n of_o the_o person_n and_o that_o those_o good_n which_o they_o leave_v when_o they_o die_v do_v common_o go_v unto_o other_o even_o who_o they_o know_v not_o 11_o yet_o notwithstanding_o such_o be_v the_o foolishness_n of_o many_o that_o they_o so_o lead_v their_o life_n as_o though_o they_o shall_v never_o depart_v hence_o while_o a_o feign_a imagination_n do_v occupy_v their_o mind_n as_o though_o their_o family_n remain_v for_o ever_o and_o their_o fair_a house_n that_o they_o have_v build_v shall_v continue_v always_o upon_o the_o earth_n in_o their_o name_n 12_o howbeit_o there_o be_v nothing_o more_o vain_a than_o the_o madness_n of_o these_o man_n see_v man_n do_v not_o remain_v long_o in_o this_o worldly_a honour_n so_o that_o they_o which_o live_v thus_o mind_v be_v not_o much_o differ_v from_o the_o beast_n 13_o for_o their_o life_n be_v nothing_o else_o but_o mere_a foolishness_n and_o yet_o their_o posterity_n be_v no_o wise_a thaâ—_n they_o praise_v their_o example_n and_o follow_v it_o 14_o howsoever_o it_o be_v and_o howsoever_o these_o man_n do_v please_v themselves_o in_o these_o fantasy_n yet_o like_o beast_n shut_v in_o the_o night_n in_o the_o stable_n so_o these_o man_n when_o the_o evening_n of_o their_o life_n come_v be_v gather_v into_o the_o grave_n where_o death_n do_v eat_v and_o devour_v they_o as_o it_o do_v other_o contrariwise_o although_o they_o must_v die_v also_o which_o walk_v the_o right_a way_n yet_o another_o light_n shine_v out_o in_o due_a time_n at_o the_o rise_n whereof_o it_o shall_v appear_v how_o much_o more_o excellent_a these_o be_v than_o those_o mad_a man_n for_o that_o shadow_a power_n of_o they_o shall_v streightwaies_o be_v change_v into_o the_o grave_n the_o which_o shall_v devour_v they_o catch_v away_o from_o these_o their_o glorious_a building_n 15_o but_o god_n contrariwise_o will_v bring_v the_o godly_a from_o the_o prison_n of_o the_o grave_n and_o will_v receive_v they_o to_o himself_o 16_o therefore_o i_o will_v thou_o to_o be_v quiet_a and_o not_o to_o be_v discourage_v at_o the_o sight_n of_o any_o proud_a rich_a man_n howsoever_o thou_o see_v he_o to_o abound_v in_o riches_n 17_o for_o the_o time_n shall_v come_v when_o his_o dead_a body_n shall_v lie_v in_o the_o grave_n spoil_v of_o all_o this_o dignity_n and_o his_o glory_n shall_v not_o follow_v it_o so_o far_o 18_o wherefore_o let_v they_o delight_v themselves_o and_o please_v themselves_o as_o they_o listen_v and_o judge_v none_o other_o to_o be_v happy_a but_o they_o that_o give_v themselves_o to_o pleasure_n after_o their_o example_n 19_o yet_o if_o thou_o consider_v their_o great_a grandfather_n of_o who_o they_o boast_v and_o all_o their_o continuance_n thou_o shall_v find_v that_o they_o be_v bury_v with_o a_o everlasting_a death_n the_o which_o do_v manifest_o condemn_v the_o foolishness_n of_o their_o posterity_n 20_o final_o although_o any_o man_n be_v increase_v with_o riches_n and_o honour_n yet_o if_o he_o want_v true_a wisdom_n he_o be_v to_o be_v count_v to_o differ_v little_a or_o nothing_o in_o this_o life_n from_o the_o beast_n which_o whole_o perish_v psalm_n l._n the_o argument_n like_a as_o god_n have_v give_v unto_o man_n a_o spiritual_a soul_n and_o a_o visible_a body_n so_o will_v he_o always_o and_o will_v be_v worship_v with_o they_o both_o even_o with_o the_o inward_a and_o outward_a worship_n and_o as_o he_o will_v have_v the_o external_a action_n to_o be_v the_o witness_n of_o the_o inward_a so_o have_v he_o diligent_o admonish_v man_n that_o both_o twain_o shall_v consent_v and_o agree_v together_o furthermore_o least_o man_n deprave_a by_o nature_n shall_v go_v out_o of_o the_o way_n either_o in_o the_o one_o or_o the_o other_o part_n of_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n he_o have_v give_v commandment_n most_o full_o unto_o the_o people_n of_o israël_n by_o write_a law_n both_o for_o religion_n and_o manner_n how_o he_o will_v be_v worship_v
