the_o way_n how_o his_o soul_n be_v employ_v at_o the_o lord_n table_n and_o if_o he_o find_v that_o his_o meditation_n be_v not_o opposite_a to_o the_o work_n it_o can_v but_o make_v a_o very_a bitter_a reflection_n know_v also_o that_o these_o meditation_n already_o hint_v be_v but_o for_o put_v some_o weak_a people_n in_o mind_n to_o keep_v close_o by_o the_o institution_n lest_o their_o thought_n go_v off_o their_o work_n but_o no_o way_n intend_v as_o any_o restriction_n or_o limit_v of_o communicant_n except_o from_o wander_a for_o if_o christ_n manifest_v himself_o and_o entertain_v thou_o with_o his_o love_n thou_o will_v not_o need_v such_o help_n for_o he_o can_v soon_o elevate_v thy_o soul_n into_o such_o meditation_n affection_n and_o joy_n by_o the_o breathe_n principle_n of_o conscience_n and_o love_n to_o that_o duty_n and_o shall_v not_o be_v otherwise_o judge_v of_o by_o these_o who_o celebrate_v more_o seldom_o and_o other_o godly_a minister_n can_v have_v this_o ordinnce_n so_o frequent_o celebrate_v â—ho_n by_o their_o principle_n judge_v it_o necessary_a to_o examine_v most_o of_o the_o communicant_n before_o celebration_n that_o they_o may_v the_o better_o know_v the_o state_n of_o their_o flock_n which_o require_v a_o considerable_a portion_n of_o time_n for_o its_o performance_n there_o be_v no_o cause_n of_o stumble_v on_o either_o hand_n when_o it_o be_v know_v that_o in_o both_o way_n there_o be_v a_o conscientious_a and_o affectionate_a regard_n to_o that_o great_a ordinance_n of_o christ_n the_o scripture_n mention_v often_o but_o not_o how_o often_o yet_o because_o it_o mention_v often_o and_o because_o of_o the_o love_n we_o shall_v have_v to_o frequent_a fellowship_n with_o christ_n in_o that_o way_n of_o his_o own_o appointment_n frequency_n shall_v be_v endeavour_v and_o if_o people_n can_v frequent_o partake_v in_o in_o the_o place_n of_o their_o residence_n other_o opportunity_n shall_v be_v improve_v as_o god_n give_v occasion_n in_o his_o providence_n which_o be_v now_o frequent_o offer_v and_o embrace_v also_o by_o the_o most_o serious_a it_o may_v not_o be_v improper_a in_o this_o place_n to_o inquire_v why_o some_o that_o profess_v a_o desire_n to_o partake_v of_o the_o lord_n supper_n nevertheless_o may_v be_v warrantable_o debar_v answ_n 1._o the_o desire_n of_o partake_v simple_o of_o itself_o can_v qualify_v a_o person_n for_o the_o lord_n supper_n except_o this_o desire_n be_v qualify_v by_o a_o right_a principle_n for_o a_o good_a end_n and_o due_a preparation_n endeavour_v
