providence_n wherein_o as_o in_o a_o safe_a sanctuary_n i_o shall_v rest_v evermore_o preserve_v until_o these_o danger_n be_v overpast_v many_o do_v look_v upon_o i_o to_o see_v and_o consider_v what_o will_v become_v of_o my_o misery_n and_o i_o continual_o plead_v thy_o free_a mercy_n in_o christ_n wherein_o thou_o promise_v to_o cover_v the_o multitude_n of_o my_o sin_n for_o which_o i_o christ_n jesus_n i_o a_o most_o sinful_a man_n do_v challenge_v no_o comfort_n ease_n or_o relief_n in_o my_o own_o right_a but_o in_o the_o merit_n of_o he_o in_o who_o thou_o be_v well_o please_v and_o in_o who_o thou_o show_v mercy_n unto_o sinner_n among_o who_o i_o be_o the_o great_a yea_o lord_n i_o be_o ignorant_a of_o good_a thing_n and_o wander_v as_o a_o beast_n by_o nature_n in_o the_o vast_a wilderness_n of_o this_o world_n vanity_n have_v little_a or_o no_o taste_n of_o thy_o save_a truth_n or_o feel_v of_o future_a danger_n but_o of_o thou_o only_o i_o have_v knowledge_n of_o myself_o i_o be_o weak_a but_o from_o thou_o i_o have_v all_o strength_n of_o myself_o be_v misery_n from_o thou_o be_v mercy_n of_o myself_o i_o be_o altogether_o unperfect_a but_o from_o thou_o be_v all_o perfection_n both_o inward_a tend_v to_o the_o consolation_n of_o my_o say_a soul_n and_o outward_a to_o the_o relief_n of_o my_o distress_a body_n therefore_o teach_v i_o o_o lord_n teach_v i_o thy_o truth_n show_v i_o thy_o way_n and_o lead_v i_o in_o thy_o path_n continual_o withhold_v my_o heart_n from_o every_o evil_a thought_n &_o my_o hand_n that_o they_o commit_v no_o evil_n keep_v my_o eye_n sincere_a and_o my_o tongue_n that_o it_o speak_v no_o unséemely_a thing_n and_o my_o foot_n from_o fall_v regard_v more_o not_o as_o i_o be_o in_o my_o own_o self_n nor_o deal_v with_o i_o as_o i_o deserve_v by_o my_o own_o way_n but_o according_a to_o thy_o tender_a mercy_n and_o love_a kindness_n banish_v my_o sin_n as_o a_o mist_n drive_v away_o my_o imperfection_n as_o a_o cloud_n and_o supply_v my_o want_n with_o timely_a relief_n thou_o be_v righteous_a and_o gracious_a and_o reforme_v sinner_n and_o forgive_v their_o sin_n be_v merciful_a therefore_o unto_o my_o iniquity_n for_o they_o be_v very_o great_a keep_v my_o soul_n and_o deliver_v i_o let_v i_o not_o be_v confound_v nor_o perish_v utter_o for_o i_o trust_v in_o thou_o thou_o be_v the_o light_n my_o trouble_n and_o have_v know_v my_o soul_n in_o the_o bitterness_n of_o distress_n and_o yet_o thou_o have_v not_o utter_o forsake_v i_o but_o in_o mercy_n have_v mighty_o preserve_v i_o from_o infinite_a peril_n and_o now_o lord_n even_o now_o see_v my_o life_n waste_v in_o heaviness_n and_o my_o year_n consume_v in_o forrow_n since_o i_o be_o a_o reproach_n even_o among_o my_o neighbour_n and_o all_o my_o friend_n fail_v i_o and_o since_o i_o be_o even_o at_o the_o point_n to_o perish_v be_v please_v to_o think_v of_o my_o misery_n and_o send_v i_o speedy_a relief_n as_o thy_o store_n consume_v and_o his_o basket_n empty_v and_o his_o foe_n furious_a against_o he_o but_o he_o herewith_o not_o dismay_v reason_v against_o these_o man_n infidelity_n who_o in_o these_o their_o allegation_n seem_v to_o deny_v that_o either_o there_o be_v a_o god_n or_o that_o he_o care_v for_o or_o will_v or_o can_v help_v the_o poor_a and_o yet_o he_o presume_v not_o upon_o his_o own_o integrity_n but_o confess_v god_n to_o be_v just_a and_o right_o may_v punish_v sinner_n among_o who_o he_o be_v the_o great_a and_o he_o find_v this_o temptation_n to_o be_v very_o grievous_a he_o pray_v god_n to_o second_v his_o feeble_a nature_n by_o his_o free_a grace_n and_o that_o he_o will_v stay_v he_o with_o his_o staff_n while_o he_o correct_v he_o with_o his_o rod_n because_o he_o be_v but_o a_o weak_a man_n &_o may_v easy_o be_v burden_v above_o his_o own_o strength_n but_o be_v assist_v by_o god_n he_o assure_v himself_o
&_o wisdom_n and_o humbleness_n and_o obedience_n and_o mortification_n and_o zeal_n and_o faith_n and_o hope_v and_o all_o grace_n that_o may_v change_v i_o from_o sin_n to_o sanctity_n from_o darkness_n to_o light_n and_o from_o coldness_n to_o a_o more_o perfect_a zeal_n to_o serve_v thou_o in_o all_o thing_n teach_v i_o o_o lord_n teach_v i_o to_o execute_v my_o vocation_n true_o and_o perfect_o and_o give_v such_o issue_n and_o bless_a success_n to_o all_o my_o endeavour_n labour_n purpose_n and_o proceed_n as_o i_o may_v discharge_v my_o duty_n in_o obedience_n to_o thy_o divine_a majesty_n to_o my_o brethren_n in_o love_n and_o equity_n and_o to_o myself_o and_o i_o in_o godly_a care_n and_o true_a piety_n and_o let_v thy_o holy_a spirit_n so_o guide_v and_o govern_v i_o this_o day_n and_o for_o ever_o that_o i_o may_v more_o and_o more_o fructify_v &_o increase_v in_o all_o godliness_n until_o thou_o shall_v cut_v off_o this_o corruptible_a life_n after_o which_o
