and_o go_v yet_o further_o upon_o search_n find_v that_o though_o we_o have_v not_o a_o civil_a government_n appoint_v by_o god_n as_o the_o jew_n have_v yet_o for_o the_o church_n state_n we_o have_v one_o appoint_v even_o by_o god_n himself_o and_o reason_n there_o must_v be_v for_o it_o for_o whatsoever_o have_v a_o special_a efficacy_n upon_o the_o heart_n must_v have_v a_o spiritual_a rule_n for_o the_o warrant_n and_o direction_n indeed_o prudence_n and_o reason_n be_v enough_o for_o the_o order_n of_o thing_n that_o
shall_v see_v the_o thick_a skin_n bubble_n he_o may_v think_v it_o be_v hard_a to_o be_v break_v then_o the_o thin_a skin_n but_o if_o a_o cannon_n shall_v be_v shoot_v off_o nay_o if_o it_o be_v the_o world_n yet_o isa_n 64._o 4._o since_o the_o beginning_n of_o the_o world_n man_n have_v not_o hear_v nor_o perceive_v by_o the_o care_n â—either_o have_v the_o eye_n see_v what_o god_n have_v prepare_v for_o they_o that_o wait_v for_o he_o and_o as_o the_o greatness_n of_o the_o church_n deliverance_n be_v no_o hindrance_n of_o god_n power_n in_o deliver_v they_o so_o it_o shall_v be_v no_o hindrance_n to_o the_o work_n of_o our_o faith_n common_a prudence_n and_o reason_n will_v go_v a_o great_a way_n to_o uphold_v we_o under_o some_o affliction_n but_o when_o the_o affliction_n come_v to_o be_v sore_o and_o grievous_a and_o long_o prudence_n &_o reason_n then_o sink_v under_o the_o burden_n but_o then_o shall_v faith_n lift_v up_o itself_o and_o cast_v a_o eye_n upon_o appoint_v for_o such_o a_o time_n as_o this_o when_o the_o church_n be_v under_o grievous_a extremity_n the_o ordinary_a affliction_n of_o the_o church_n do_v not_o call_v for_o such_o a_o work_n of_o faith_n but_o when_o they_o come_v to_o extraordinary_a that_o require_v such_o a_o power_n of_o god_n for_o their_o deliverance_n than_o there_o be_v call_v for_o a_o work_n of_o faith_n proportionable_a as_o alexander_n when_o he_o be_v in_o great_a danger_n now_o say_v he_o there_o be_v a_o danger_n fit_a for_o the_o spirit_n of_o alexander_n to_o encounter_v withal_o alexitiri_fw-la so_o when_o the_o church_n come_v to_o be_v in_o any_o great_a danger_n all_o the_o member_n of_o it_o shall_v say_v here_o be_v a_o danger_n here_o be_v a_o trouble_n fit_a for_o now_o to_o be_v argument_n for_o the_o move_n of_o the_o bowel_n of_o god_n tender_a compassion_n towards_o his_o people_n another_o note_n if_o you_o read_v it_o so_o for_o great_a be_v their_o affliction_n be_v this_o the_o promise_n be_v the_o only_a support_n of_o the_o soul_n obser_n and_o that_o which_o carry_v it_o through_o the_o great_a affliction_n affliction_n be_v as_o lead_v to_o the_o net_n the_o promise_n be_v as_o the_o cork_n the_o promise_n keep_v above_o water_n when_o the_o lead_n pull_v down_o but_o i_o leave_v these_o meditation_n though_o i_o find_v many_o interpreter_n run_v this_o way_n and_o i_o rather_o take_v it_o as_o a_o further_a expression_n of_o god_n wonderful_a mercy_n unto_o his_o church_n for_o great_a shall_v be_v the_o day_n of_o of_o the_o name_n thus_o for_o great_a be_v the_o day_n of_o scatter_v of_o the_o scatter_a people_n so_o jezreel_n signify_v as_o you_o hear_v in_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o chapter_n but_o jezreel_n signify_v likewise_o the_o seed_n of_o god_n before_o god_n make_v use_v of_o their_o name_n in_o the_o worse_a sense_n that_o he_o will_v scatter_v they_o according_a to_o their_o name_n now_o he_o make_v use_v of_o their_o name_n in_o the_o best_a sense_n they_o be_v the_o seed_n of_o god_n and_o there_o be_v great_a mercy_n from_o god_n for_o they_o when_o god_n be_v reconcile_v unto_o a_o people_n obser_n he_o take_v all_o in_o the_o best_a sense_n and_o make_v the_o best_a acception_n of_o every_o thing_n as_o he_o do_v here_o of_o the_o name_n jezreel_n we_o have_v only_o these_o
