not_o at_o all_o prevent_v the_o melt_a down_o the_o silver_n coin_n of_o this_o kingdom_n 1._o for_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v be_v so_o illdisposed_n how_o easy_a be_v it_o for_o he_o to_o melt_v down_o the_o coin_n and_o make_v it_o into_o plate_n for_o after_o it_o be_v melt_v he_o may_v either_o refine_v it_o himself_o or_o get_v a_o refiner_n to_o do_v it_o for_o he_o for_o the_o price_n the_o new_a standard_n be_v now_o advance_v to_o will_v pay_v the_o charge_n so_o that_o the_o alter_v the_o standard_n for_o plate_n do_v not_o at_o all_o prevent_v the_o melt_a down_o the_o silver_n coyn._n 2._o in_o the_o next_o place_n this_o new_a standard_n be_v detrimental_a to_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n for_o it_o lessen_v the_o bullion_n a_o 30_o part_n so_o that_o there_o be_v one_o thousand_o pound_n in_o thirty_o less_o than_o there_o be_v before_o the_o standard_n be_v alter_v it_o be_v also_o at_o the_o least_o 10_o per_fw-la cent._n worse_n in_o the_o waring_n than_o the_o
