opposition_n against_o any_o person_n or_o person_n in_o the_o due_a and_o through_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n that_o every_o such_o person_n or_o person_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n to_o be_v divide_v and_o recover_v in_o manner_n aforesaid_a and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v not_o pay_v the_o sum_n of_o money_n by_o erect_v and_o establish_v a_o post-office_n whereas_o for_o the_o maintenance_n of_o mutual_a correspondency_n and_o prevention_n of_o many_o inconvenience_n happen_v by_o private_a post_n several_a the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n or_o ireland_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n or_o isle_n or_o dominion_n aforesaid_a any_o such_o sheep_n wool_n woolfell_n mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n or_o woollflock_n or_o any_o fuller_n earth_n or_o full_a clay_n to_o the_o intent_n or_o purpose_n to_o export_n transport_v carry_v or_o convey_v the_o same_o or_o to_o cause_v the_o same_o to_o be_v export_v transport_v carry_v or_o convey_v out_o of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n or_o ireland_n town_n of_o berwick_n isle_n or_o dominion_n aforesaid_a or_o with_o intent_n or_o purpose_n that_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v so_o export_v transport_v carry_v or_o convey_v the_o same_o into_o any_o part_n or_o place_n out_o of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o ireland_n town_n of_o berwick_n isle_n or_o dominion_n aforesaid_a into_o the_o kingdom_n of_o scotland_n or_o any_o foreign_a part_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o wool_n woolfell_n mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n woollflock_n or_o any_o fuller_n earth_n or_o full_a clay_n shall_v be_v from_o and_o after_o the_o fourteen_o day_n of_o january_n in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o threescore_o export_v transport_v carry_v or_o convey_v out_o of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o dominion_n of_o wales_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n or_o kingdom_n of_o ireland_n or_o out_o of_o any_o port_n or_o place_n of_o the_o say_a kingdom_n respective_o unto_o the_o isle_n of_o jersey_n or_o guernzey_n or_o to_o sarke_n or_o alderney_n except_o as_o in_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v hereafter_o limit_v or_o appoint_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o offender_n &_o offender_n offence_n and_o offence_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v subject_a and_o liable_a to_o the_o respective_a pain_n penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n hereafter_o follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o say_a sheep_n wool_n woolfel_n mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n woolflock_n fuller_n earth_n and_o full_a clay_n so_o export_v transport_v carry_v convey_v pack_v or_o load_v contrary_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v forfeit_v and_o that_o every_o offender_n and_o offender_n therein_o shall_v forfeit_v twenty_o shilling_n for_o every_o such_o sheep_n and_o three_o shilling_n for_o every_o pound_n weight_n of_o such_o wool_n woolfels_n mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n woolflock_n fuller_n earth_n or_o full_a clay_n and_o also_o the_o owner_n of_o the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n know_v such_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v all_o their_o interest_n in_o the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n with_o all_o their_o apparel_n and_o furniture_n to_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o belong_v and_o that_o the_o master_n and_o mariner_n thereof_o know_v such_o offence_n and_o witting_o and_o willing_o aid_v and_o assist_v thereunto_o shall_v forfeit_v all_o their_o good_n and_o chattel_n and_o have_v imprisonment_n for_o the_o space_n of_o three_o month_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n the_o one_o moiety_n of_o which_o say_v penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n shall_v be_v to_o the_o king_n majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o he_o that_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n or_o before_o the_o justice_n of_o assize_n or_o in_o the_o general_n quarter_n session_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o which_o suit_n no_o essoyn_n protection_n or_o wager_n of_o law_n shall_v be_v allow_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o if_o any_o merchant_n or_o other_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v after_o the_o say_v fourteen_o day_n of_o january_n transport_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v transport_v any_o sheep_n wool_n wool-fel_n mortlings_o shorling_n woollen-yarn_n woolflock_n fullers-earth_n or_o fulling-clay_n contrary_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n of_o this_o act_n and_o be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v that_o then_o he_o shall_v be_v disable_v to_o require_v any_o debt_n or_o account_n of_o any_o factor_n or_o other_o for_o or_o concern_v any_o debt_n or_o estate_n proper_o belong_v to_o such_o offendor_n provide_v always_o and_o it_o be_v nevertheless_o declare_v that_o this_o
