be_v limit_v and_o appoint_v for_o carriage_n within_o this_o city_n and_o liberty_n and_o upon_o due_a consideration_n have_v as_o well_o of_o former_a time_n as_o of_o the_o present_a wherein_o several_a material_n of_o necessary_a and_o principal_a use_n to_o the_o car-man_n be_v rise_v and_o consequent_o require_v some_o increase_n of_o rate_n heretofore_o set_v for_o their_o labour_n and_o carriage_n now_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n here_o assemble_v respect_v the_o time_n and_o other_o circumstance_n necessary_a to_o be_v consider_v do_v by_o authority_n and_o virtue_n of_o the_o statute_n in_o this_o case_n make_v and_o provide_v order_n limit_z rate_n and_o appoint_v the_o wage_n for_o car-man_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberties_n thereof_o to_o appoint_v any_o servant_n or_o journey_n man_n to_o go_v with_o any_o carr_n or_o cart_n before_o he_o be_v present_v to_o they_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n and_o allow_v by_o they_o which_o servant_n or_o journeyman_n shall_v be_v of_o the_o age_n of_o eighteen_o year_n at_o the_o least_o and_o whatsoever_o carrman_n shall_v hereafter_o entertain_v and_o employ_v as_o a_o fellowship_n or_o brotherhood_n of_o car-man_n now_o follow_v the_o order_n for_o the_o fellowship_n first_o that_o all_o manner_n of_o person_n who_o now_o be_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v be_v due_o
