and_o during_o the_o full_a space_n and_o term_v of_o seven_o year_n at_o the_o least_o and_o to_o be_v order_v and_o use_v to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n according_a to_o the_o custom_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o that_o the_o same_o covenant_n of_o apprenticeship_n to_o be_v make_v by_o writing_n indent_a and_o register_v or_o enroll_v at_o their_o common_a hall_n before_o themselves_o in_o their_o say_a corporation_n by_o their_o clerk_n or_o his_o sufficient_a deputy_n or_o deputy_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o that_o such_o enrolment_n shall_v be_v good_a and_o apprentice_n or_o other_o servant_n be_v not_o already_o free_a of_o the_o say_a corporation_n or_o not_o have_v serve_v with_o some_o other_o shipwright_n in_o the_o same_o trade_n to_o be_v use_v exercise_v train_v or_o bring_v up_o under_o he_o in_o the_o say_a trade_n art_n or_o mystery_n as_o aforesaid_a except_o he_o first_o cause_n every_o such_o his_o servant_n or_o apprentice_n to_o if_o any_o person_n upon_o demand_n make_v shall_v refuse_v or_o defer_v to_o pay_v the_o say_v fine_a or_o fine_n impose_v upon_o he_o or_o they_o as_o aforesaid_a he_o shall_v forfeit_v and_o pay_v to_o the_o say_a master_n and_o warden_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n for_o every_o time_n so_o refuse_v or_o defer_v twenty_o shilling_n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n sunday_n 18_o item_n it_o be_v ordain_v that_o no_o person_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n shall_v work_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v wrought_v any_o thing_n in_o or_o about_o the_o say_a trade_n upon_o say_a profession_n to_o any_o disorder_n or_o dishonest_a unlawful_a action_n or_o to_o leave_v or_o forsake_v his_o trade_n or_o calling_n or_o unlawful_o to_o depart_v or_o run_v away_o from_o his_o master_n service_n either_o before_o or_o after_o he_o be_v bind_v and_o whosoever_o shall_v offend_v therein_o shall_v forfeit_v and_o pay_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n to_o the_o say_a master_n or_o any_o their_o deputy_n or_o any_o two_o or_o three_o of_o they_o to_o send_v for_o the_o party_n against_o who_o any_o such_o complaint_n be_v make_v and_o to_o take_v such_o order_n therein_o
