and_o shall_v be_v subject_a to_o like_a penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n in_o case_n of_o any_o neglect_n or_o refusal_n to_o pay_v their_o respective_a assessment_n or_o to_o perform_v their_o respective_a duty_n as_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n liable_a unto_o or_o concern_v or_o employ_v in_o the_o assess_n collect_v levy_v receive_v or_o pay_v any_o of_o the_o money_n by_o the_o say_v former_a act_n impose_v or_o to_o have_v or_o be_v subject_a unto_o as_o full_o and_o ample_o as_o if_o the_o same_o clause_n matter_n and_o thing_n have_v be_v in_o this_o act_n particular_o repeat_v and_o enact_v to_o the_o end_n that_o the_o monthly_a assessment_n which_o will_v remain_v due_a and_o payable_a by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_v former_a act_n and_o the_o monthly_a addition_n thereunto_o make_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o present_a act_n may_v be_v due_o answer_v and_o pay_v in_o as_o aforesaid_a jan._n the_o first_o meeting_n 8._o jan._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o the_o several_a commissioner_n shall_v meet_v together_o at_o the_o most_o usual_a and_o common_a place_n of_o meeting_n as_o in_o the_o say_a act_n be_v direct_v on_o or_o before_o the_o ten_o day_n of_o january_n next_o to_o put_v this_o act_n and_o the_o say_v former_a act_n in_o execution_n according_a to_o the_o best_a of_o their_o judgement_n and_o discretion_n and_o shall_v then_o if_o they_o see_v cause_n subdivide_v themselves_o as_o by_o the_o say_a act_n be_v further_o direct_v concern_v the_o say_v former_a assessment_n and_o further_o that_o they_o meet_v at_o least_o three_o week_n before_o each_o quarterly_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v several_a assessment_n for_o the_o purpose_n aforesaid_a and_o that_o the_o say_v eight_o quarterly_o payment_n of_o fifty_o two_o thousand_o fourscore_o and_o three_o pound_n six_o shilling_n eight_o penny_n by_o the_o month_n amount_v in_o each_o quarter_n to_o the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o fifty_o six_o thousand_o two_o hundred_o and_o fifty_o pound_n shall_v be_v assess_v collect_v levy_v and_o pay_v to_o the_o receiver_n of_o the_o several_a county_n appoint_v or_o that_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o his_o majesty_n and_o by_o they_o answer_v and_o pay_v into_o his_o majesty_n exchequer_n on_o the_o day_n and_o time_n mention_v and_o express_v in_o the_o say_a act_n for_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v first_o assessment_n 1._o money_n lend_v to_o his_o majesty_n or_o ware_n how_o to_o be_v secure_v 18_o car._n 2._o cap._n 1._o and_o to_o the_o intent_n that_o all_o money_n to_o be_v lend_v to_o your_o majesty_n and_o money_n that_o shall_v be_v due_a upon_o such_o contract_n for_o ware_n and_o good_n which_o shall_v be_v deliver_v for_o this_o service_n may_v be_v well_o and_o sufficient_o secure_v out_o of_o the_o money_n arise_v and_o payable_a by_o this_o act_n be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o there_o be_v provide_v and_o keep_v in_o his_o majesty_n exchequer_n to_o wit_n in_o the_o office_n of_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n one_o book_n or_o register_n in_o which_o book_n or_o register_n all_o money_n that_o shall_v be_v pay_v into_o the_o exchequer_n by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v enter_v and_o register_v apart_o and_o distinct_a from_o the_o money_n pay_v or_o payable_a to_o your_o majesty_n on_o the_o before_o mention_v act_n and_o from_o all_o other_o money_n or_o branch_n of_o your_o majesty_n revenue_n whatsoever_o and_o that_o also_o there_o be_v one_o other_o book_n or_o registry_n provide_v or_o keep_v in_o the_o say_a office_n of_o all_o order_n and_o warrant_n to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n and_o vnder-treasurer_n or_o by_o the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o treasury_n for_o the_o time_n be_v for_o payment_n of_o all_o and_o every_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n to_o all_o person_n for_o money_n lend_v ware_n or_o good_n buy_v or_o other_o payment_n direct_v by_o his_o majesty_n relate_v to_o the_o service_n of_o his_o war_n and_o that_o no_o money_n leviable_a by_o this_o act_n be_v issue_v out_o of_o the_o exchequer_n during_o this_o war_n but_o by_o such_o order_n or_o warrant_n mention_v that_o the_o money_n payable_a by_o such_o order_n or_o warrant_n be_v for_o the_o service_n of_o your_o majesty_n in_o the_o say_a war_n respective_o that_o also_o there_o be_v the_o like_a book_n or_o register_n provide_v and_o keep_v by_o the_o say_a auditor_n of_o all_o money_n pay_v out_o or_o issue_v by_o virtue_n of_o such_o order_n and_o warrant_n that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n willing_a to_o lend_v any_o money_n or_o to_o furnish_v any_o ware_n victual_n necessary_n or_o good_n on_o the_o credit_n of_o this_o act_n at_o the_o usual_a time_n when_o the_o exchequer_n be_v open_a to_o have_v access_n unto_o and_o view_v and_o peruse_v all_o or_o any_o of_o the_o say_a book_n for_o their_o information_n of_o the_o state_n of_o those_o money_n and_o all_o engagement_n upon_o they_o for_o their_o better_a encouragement_n to_o lend_v any_o money_n or_o furnish_v any_o good_n or_o ware_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o the_o respective_a officer_n and_o their_o deputy_n and_o clerk_n in_o who_o custody_n such_o book_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v shall_v be_v assistant_n to_o such_o person_n for_o their_o better_a and_o speedy_a satisfaction_n in_o that_o behalf_n that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n who_o shall_v lend_v any_o money_n to_o your_o majesty_n and_o pay_v the_o same_o into_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n shall_v immediate_o have_v a_o tally_n of_o loan_n strike_v for_o the_o same_o and_o a_o order_n for_o his_o repayment_n bear_v the_o same_o date_n with_o his_o tally_n in_o which_o order_n shall_v be_v also_o a_o warrant_n contain_v for_o payment_n of_o interest_n for_o forbearance_n after_o the_o rate_n of_o six_o per_fw-la cent._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la for_o his_o consideration_n to_o be_v pay_v every_o six_o month_n until_o the_o repayment_n of_o his_o principal_n and_o that_o all_o person_n and_o person_n who_o shall_v furnish_v your_o majesty_n your_o officer_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o ordnance_n with_o any_o ware_n good_n victual_n or_o other_o necessary_n for_o the_o service_n aforesaid_a shall_v upon_o certificate_n of_o the_o commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o of_o the_o master_n or_o commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o ordnance_n or_o some_o of_o they_o without_o delay_n forthwith_o have_v make_v out_o to_o they_o warrant_n or_o order_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o money_n due_a or_o payable_a unto_o they_o which_o certificate_n the_o say_v officer_n of_o your_o navy_n commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o
exchequer_n be_v open_a to_o have_v access_n unto_o and_o review_v and_o peruse_v all_o or_o any_o of_o the_o say_a book_n for_o their_o information_n of_o the_o state_n of_o those_o money_n and_o all_o engagement_n upon_o they_o for_o their_o better_a encouragement_n to_o lend_v any_o money_n or_o furnish_v any_o good_n ware_n victual_n ship_n or_o other_o necessary_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n his_o deputy_n and_o clerk_n shall_v be_v assistant_n to_o such_o person_n for_o their_o better_a and_o spéedy_a satisfaction_n in_o that_o behalf_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n who_o shall_v lend_v any_o money_n to_o your_o majesty_n and_o pay_v the_o same_o into_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n shall_v immediate_o have_v a_o tally_n of_o loan_n strike_v for_o the_o same_o and_o a_o order_n for_o his_o repayment_n bear_v the_o same_o date_n with_o his_o tally_n in_o which_o order_n shall_v be_v also_o contain_v a_o warrant_n for_o payment_n of_o interest_n for_o forbearance_n after_o the_o rate_n of_o sir_n per_fw-la cent._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la for_o his_o consideration_n to_o be_v pay_v every_o three_o month_n until_o the_o repayment_n of_o his_o principal_n and_o that_o all_o person_n and_o person_n who_o shall_v furnish_v your_o majesty_n your_o officer_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o ordnance_n with_o any_o ware_n good_n ship_n victual_n or_o any_o other_o necessary_n for_o the_o service_n aforesaid_a shall_v upon_o certificate_n of_o the_o commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o of_o the_o master_n or_o commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o ordinance_n or_o some_o of_o they_o without_o delay_n forthwith_o have_v make_v out_o to_o they_o warrant_v or_o order_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o money_n due_a or_o payable_a unto_o they_o which_o certificate_n the_o say_v officer_n of_o your_o navy_n commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o ordnance_n shall_v make_v without_o fée_fw-mi charge_n or_o delay_n and_o that_o all_o order_n for_o repayment_n of_o money_n lend_v shall_v be_v register_v in_o course_n according_a to_o the_o date_n of_o the_o tally_n respective_o and_o that_o all_o order_n sign_v by_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n and_o vnder-treasurer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n for_o payment_n of_o money_n for_o good_n ware_n victual_n and_o other_o necessary_n furnish_v to_o your_o majesty_n your_o officer_n master_n or_o commissioner_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v register_v in_o course_n according_a to_o the_o time_n of_o bring_v to_o the_o office_n of_o the_o auditor_n of_o receipt_n the_o certificate_n above_o mention_v and_o that_o all_o order_n so_o sign_v for_o payment_n direct_v by_o his_o majesty_n shall_v be_v enter_v in_o course_n according_a to_o their_o respective_a date_n and_o none_o of_o the_o sort_n of_o order_n above_o mention_v either_o for_o loan_n of_o money_n supply_v of_o ware_n good_n victual_n or_o other_o necessary_n or_o by_o special_a direction_n shall_v have_v preference_n one_o before_o another_o but_o shall_v all_o be_v enter_v in_o their_o course_n according_a to_o the_o date_n of_o the_o tally_n the_o time_n of_o bring_v their_o certificate_n and_o the_o date_n of_o the_o order_n for_o payment_n direct_v by_o his_o majesty_n as_o they_o be_v in_o point_n of_o time_n respective_o before_o each_o other_o and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o course_n according_a as_o their_o order_n shall_v stand_v enter_v in_o the_o say_a register-book_n be_v it_o order_n for_o payment_n direct_v by_o his_o majesty_n or_o of_o money_n lend_v or_o for_o ware_n commodity_n ship_n victual_n or_o other_o necessary_n furnish_v as_o aforesaid_a so_o as_o that_o the_o person_n native_a or_o foreigner_n his_o executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_v who_o shall_v have_v his_o warrant_n or_o order_n warrant_n or_o order_n first_o enter_v in_o the_o say_a book_n of_o registry_n shall_v be_v take_v and_o account_v as_o the_o first_o person_n to_o be_v pay_v upon_o the_o money_n to_o come_v in_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n and_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v have_v his_o or_o their_o warrant_n or_o order_n warrant_v or_o order_n next_o enter_v shall_v be_v take_v and_o account_v the_o second_o person_n to_o be_v pay_v and_o so_o successive_o and_o in_o course_n and_o that_o the_o money_n to_o come_v in_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v in_o the_o same_o order_n liable_a to_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o the_o say_v respective_a party_n their_o executor_n administrator_n or_o assign_v successive_o without_o preference_n of_o one_o before_o another_o and_o not_o otherwise_o and_o not_o be_v divertible_a to_o any_o other_o use_n intent_n or_o purpose_n whatsoever_o and_o that_o no_o fee_n reward_n or_o gratuity_n direct_o or_o indirect_o be_v demand_v or_o take_v of_o any_o your_o majesty_n subject_n for_o provide_v or_o make_v of_o any_o such_o book_n register_n entry_n view_n search_v or_o certificate_n in_o or_o for_o payment_n of_o money_n lend_v or_o the_o interest_n thereof_o or_o for_o payment_n of_o any_o money_n upon_o any_o order_n upon_o any_o contract_n for_o ware_n and_o good_n furnish_v to_o the_o use_n of_o your_o majesty_n navy_n and_o ordnance_n as_o aforesaid_a by_o any_o of_o your_o majesty_n officer_n or_o officer_n their_o clerk_n or_o deputy_n on_o pain_n of_o payment_n of_o treble_a damage_n to_o the_o party_n grieve_v by_o the_o party_n offend_v with_o cost_v of_o suit_n and_o if_o the_o officer_n himself_o take_v or_o demand_v any_o such_o fee_n or_o reward_n then_o to_o lose_v his_o place_n also_o and_o if_o any_o undue_a preference_n of_o one_o before_o another_o shall_v be_v make_v either_o in_o point_n of_o register_n contrary_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o this_o act_n by_o any_o such_o officer_n or_o officer_n than_o the_o party_n offend_v shall_v be_v liable_a by_o action_n of_o debt_n or_o on_o the_o case_n to_o pay_v the_o value_n of_o the_o debt_n damage_n and_o cost_v to_o the_o party_n grieve_v and_o shall_v be_v forejudge_v from_o his_o place_n or_o office_n and_o if_o such_o preference_n be_v undue_o make_v by_o any_o his_o deputy_n or_o clerk_n without_o direction_n or_o privity_n of_o his_o master_n than_o such_o deputy_n or_o clerk_n only_o shall_v be_v liable_a to_o such_o action_n debt_n damage_n and_o cost_v and_o shall_v be_v for_o ever_o after_o uncapable_a of_o his_o place_n or_o office_n and_o in_o case_n the_o auditor_n shall_v not_o direct_v the_o order_n or_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o bell_n record_v or_o the_o teller_n make_v payment_n according_a to_o each_o person_n due_a place_n and_o order_n as_o afore_o direct_v than_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v be_v judge_v to_o forfeit_v and_o their_o respective_a deputy_n and_o clerk_n herein_o offend_v to_o be_v liable_a to_o such_o action_n debt_n damage_n and_o cost_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o aforesaid_a all_o which_o say_v penalty_n forfeiture_n damage_n and_o cost_v to_o be_v incur_v by_o any_o of_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n navy_n or_o ordnance_n or_o any_o their_o deputy_n or_o clerk_n shall_v and_o may_v be_v recover_v by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n at_o westminster_n wherein_o no_o essoyn_n protection_n privilege_n wager_n of_o law_n injunction_n or_o order_n of_o restraint_n shall_v be_v in_o any_o wise_a grant_v or_o allow_v day_n entry_n of_o tally_n or_o certificate_n date_v the_o same_o day_n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o hereby_o declare_v that_o if_o it_o happen_v that_o several_a tally_n of_o loan_n or_o certificate_n for_o ware_n deliver_v or_o order_n for_o payment_n direct_v by_o your_o majesty_n as_o aforesaid_a bear_v date_n or_o be_v bring_v the_o same_o day_n to_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n to_o be_v register_v than_o it_o shall_v be_v interpret_v no_o undue_a preference_n which_o of_o these_o he_o enter_v first_o so_o he_o enter_v they_o all_o the_o same_o day_n provide_v also_o that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v interpret_v any_o undue_a preference_n to_o incur_v any_o penalty_n in_o point_n of_o payment_n if_o the_o auditor_n direct_v and_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o bell_n record_v and_o the_o teller_n do_v pay_v subsequent_a order_n of_o person_n that_o come_v and_o demand_v their_o money_n and_o bring_v their_o order_n before_o other_o person_n that_o do_v not_o come_v to_o demand_v their_o money_n and_o bring_v their_o order_n in_o their_o course_n so_o as_o there_o be_v so_o much_o money_n reserve_v as_o will_v satisfy_v their_o order_n which_o shall_v not_o be_v otherwise_o dispose_v but_o keep_v for_o they_o interest_n upon_o loan_n be_v to_o cease_v from_o the_o time_n the_o money_n be_v so_o reserve_v and_o keep_v in_o bank_n for_o they_o over_o right_n and_o title_n to_o money_n send_v
thereby_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o there_o shall_v be_v provide_v and_o keep_v in_o your_o majesty_n exchequer_n to_o wit_n in_o the_o office_n of_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n one_o book_n or_o registry_n in_o which_o all_o money_n that_o shall_v be_v pay_v into_o the_o exchequer_n arise_v or_o payable_a by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v enter_v and_o register_v apart_o and_o distinct_a from_o all_o other_o money_n pay_v or_o payable_a to_o your_o majesty_n or_o to_o your_o heir_n or_o successor_n upon_o any_o other_o branch_n of_o your_o revenue_n or_o upon_o any_o other_o account_n whatsoever_o and_o that_o there_o be_v one_o other_o book_n or_o registry_n provide_v and_o keep_v in_o the_o say_a office_n of_o all_o order_n and_o warrant_n to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n or_o vnder-treasurer_n or_o by_o the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o treasury_n for_o the_o time_n be_v for_o payment_n of_o all_o and_o every_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n to_o all_o person_n for_o money_n lend_v wares_n good_n or_o victual_n or_o other_o necessary_n buy_v or_o ship_n hire_v or_o other_o payment_n direct_v by_o your_o majesty_n relate_v to_o the_o service_n of_o this_o war_n upon_o the_o money_n arise_v and_o payable_a by_o this_o act_n and_o that_o no_o money_n levyable_a by_o this_o act_n be_v issue_v out_o of_o the_o exchequer_n but_o by_o such_o order_n or_o warrant_v mention_v that_o the_o money_n payable_a by_o such_o order_n or_o warrant_n be_v for_o the_o service_n of_o your_o majesty_n in_o the_o say_a war_n respective_o during_o the_o say_v war._n that_o also_o there_o be_v the_o like_a book_n or_o registry_n provide_v and_o keep_v by_o the_o say_a auditor_n of_o all_o money_n pay_v out_o or_o issue_v by_o virtue_n of_o such_o order_n and_o warrant_n and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n willing_a to_o lend_v any_o money_n or_o to_o furnish_v any_o shall_v lend_v any_o money_n to_o your_o majesty_n and_o pay_v the_o same_o into_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n shall_v immediate_o have_v a_o tally_n of_o loan_n strike_v for_o the_o same_o and_o a_o order_n for_o his_o repayment_n bear_v the_o same_o date_n with_o his_o tally_n in_o which_o order_n shall_v be_v also_o contain_v a_o warrant_n for_o payment_n of_o interest_n for_o forbearance_n after_o the_o rate_n of_o six_o per_fw-la cent_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la for_o his_o consideration_n to_o be_v pay_v every_o six_o month_n until_o the_o repayment_n of_o his_o principal_n and_o that_o all_o person_n and_o person_n who_o shall_v furnish_v your_o majesty_n your_o officer_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o ordnance_n with_o any_o ware_n good_n ship_n victual_n or_o any_o other_o necessary_n for_o the_o service_n aforesaid_a shall_v upon_o certificate_n of_o the_o commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o of_o the_o master_n or_o commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o ordnance_n or_o some_o of_o they_o without_o delay_n forthwith_o have_v make_v out_o to_o they_o warrant_v or_o order_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o money_n due_a or_o payable_a unto_o they_o which_o certificate_n the_o say_v officer_n of_o your_o navy_n commissioner_n and_o officer_n of_o the_o ordnance_n shall_v make_v without_o fee_n charge_n or_o delay_n and_o that_o all_o order_n for_o repayment_n of_o money_n lend_v shall_v be_v register_v in_o course_n according_a to_o the_o date_n of_o the_o tally_n respective_o and_o that_o all_o order_n sign_v by_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n and_o vnder-treasurer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n for_o payment_n of_o money_n for_o good_n ware_n and_o victual_n and_o other_o necessary_n furnish_v to_o your_o majesty_n your_o officer_n master_n or_o commissioner_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v register_v in_o course_n according_a to_o the_o time_n of_o bring_v to_o the_o office_n of_o the_o auditor_n of_o receipt_n the_o certificate_n above_o mention_v and_o that_o all_o order_n so_o sign_v for_o payment_n direct_v by_o his_o majesty_n shall_v be_v enter_v in_o course_n according_a to_o their_o respective_a date_n and_o none_o of_o the_o sort_n of_o order_n above_o mention_v either_o for_o loan_n of_o money_n supply_n of_o ware_n good_n victual_n ship_n or_o other_o necessary_n or_o by_o special_a direction_n shall_v have_v preference_n one_o before_o another_o but_o shall_v all_o be_v enter_v in_o their_o course_n according_a to_o the_o date_n of_o the_o tally_n the_o time_n of_o bring_v the_o certificate_n and_o the_o date_n of_o the_o order_n for_o payment_n direct_v by_o his_o majesty_n as_o they_o be_v in_o point_n of_o time_n respective_o before_o each_o other_o and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o course_n according_a as_o their_o order_n shall_v stand_v enter_v in_o the_o say_a register-book_n be_v it_o order_n for_o payment_n direct_v by_o his_o majesty_n or_o for_o money_n lend_v or_o for_o ware_n commodity_n or_o other_o necessary_n furnish_v as_o aforesaid_a so_o as_o that_o person_n his_o executor_n administrator_n order_n next_o enter_v shall_v be_v take_v and_o account_v the_o second_o person_n to_o be_v pay_v and_o so_o successive_o and_o in_o course_n and_o that_o the_o money_n to_o come_v in_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v in_o the_o same_o order_n liable_a to_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o the_o say_v respective_a party_n their_o executor_n administrator_n or_o assign_v native_a or_o foreigner_n successive_o without_o preference_n of_o one_o before_o another_o and_o not_o otherwise_o and_o not_o be_v divertible_a to_o any_o other_o use_n intent_n or_o purpose_n upon_o any_o account_n or_o reason_n whatsoever_o and_o that_o no_o fee_n reward_n or_o gratuity_n direct_o or_o indirect_o be_v demand_v or_o take_v of_o any_o your_o majesty_n subject_n for_o provide_v or_o make_v such_o book_n register_n entry_n view_n search_v certificate_n in_o or_o for_o payment_n of_o money_n lend_v or_o the_o interest_n thereof_o or_o for_o payment_n of_o any_o money_n upon_o any_o order_n upon_o any_o contract_n for_o ware_n and_o good_n furnish_v to_o the_o use_n of_o your_o majesty_n navy_n and_o ordnance_n as_o aforesaid_a by_o any_o of_o your_o majesty_n officer_n or_o officer_n their_o deputy_n or_o clerk_n on_o pain_n of_o payment_n of_o treble_a damage_n to_o the_o party_n grieve_v by_o the_o party_n offend_v with_o cost_n of_o suit_n and_o if_o the_o officer_n himself_o take_v or_o demand_v any_o such_o fee_n or_o reward_n then_o to_o lose_v his_o place_n also_o and_o if_o any_o undue_a preference_n of_o one_o before_o another_o shall_v be_v make_v either_o in_o point_n of_o register_n contrary_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o this_o act_n by_o any_o such_o officer_n or_o officer_n than_o the_o party_n offend_v shall_v be_v liable_a by_o action_n of_o debt_n or_o on_o the_o case_n to_o pay_v the_o value_n of_o the_o debt_n damage_n and_o cost_v to_o the_o party_n grieve_v and_o shall_v be_v forejudge_v from_o his_o place_n or_o office_n and_o if_o such_o preference_n be_v undue_o make_v by_o any_o his_o deputy_n or_o clerk_n without_o direction_n or_o privity_n of_o his_o master_n than_o such_o deputy_n or_o clerk_n only_o shall_v be_v liable_a to_o such_o action_n debt_n damage_n and_o cost_v and_o shall_v for_o ever_o after_o be_v incapable_a of_o the_o same_o and_o in_o case_n the_o auditor_n shall_v not_o direct_v the_o order_n or_o
