undertake_v the_o charge_n of_o pilot_n boatswain_n gunner_n or_o any_o other_o office_n officer_n ignorant_n pilot_n or_o officer_n in_o ship_n or_o other_o vessel_n and_o not_o be_v able_a to_o discharge_v the_o duty_n of_o the_o place_n such_o shall_v lose_v their_o wage_n in_o part_n or_o in_o whole_a and_o be_v further_o punish_v for_o their_o presumption_n as_o the_o judge_n shall_v mariner_n if_o any_o mariner_n shall_v have_v receive_v any_o considerable_a part_n of_o his_o wage_n and_o shall_v run_v away_o from_o the_o ship_n or_o vessel_n he_o belong_v to_o and_o decline_v the_o service_n of_o the_o master_n in_o the_o prosecution_n of_o the_o voyage_n he_o shall_v be_v pursue_v as_o a_o disobedient_a runaway_n servant_n and_o proceed_v with_o as_o such_o a_o one_o sect_n xxiv_o if_o any_o mariner_n shall_v entertain_v any_o person_n or_o person_n on_o board_n the_o ship_n or_o vessel_n he_o sail_v in_o without_o the_o master_n leave_n leave_n mariner_n entertain_v without_o master_n leave_n or_o master_n or_o mariner_n shall_v do_v it_o at_o unseasonable_a time_n he_o or_o they_o shall_v forfeit_v twenty_o shilling_n one_o half_a to_o the_o poor_a so_o offend_a shall_v be_v severe_o punish_v master_n outrage_n upon_o the_o master_n by_o fine_a or_o other_o corporal_a punishment_n as_o the_o fact_n shall_v appear_v to_o be_v circumstance_v to_o the_o judge_n that_o shall_v hear_v it_o and_o as_o they_o shall_v judge_v meet_a if_o any_o officer_n or_o mariner_n shall_v combine_v against_o the_o master_n whereby_o the_o voyage_n shall_v be_v divert_v or_o hinder_v or_o that_o damage_n thereby_o shall_v accrue_v to_o the_o ship_n and_o good_n they_o shall_v be_v punish_v with_o loss_n of_o wage_n or_o otherwise_o as_o mutineer_n as_o the_o case_n may_v require_v sect_n xxvi_o in_o case_n any_o ship_n or_o vessel_n be_v in_o distress_n at_o sea_n by_o tempest_n or_o other_o accident_n the_o mariner_n shall_v do_v their_o utmost_a endeavour_n to_o assist_v the_o master_n in_o save_v ship_n and_o good_n leave_v ship_n in_o distress_n not_o to_o be_v leave_v and_o not_o desert_n he_o without_o apparent_a hazard_n appear_v that_o by_o their_o stay_n they_o may_v lose_v their_o life_n sect_n xxvii_o and_o in_o case_n of_o suffer_a shipwreck_n the_o mariner_n be_v without_o dispute_n upon_o their_o get_n on_o shore_n good_n mariner_n to_o do_v their_o utmost_a in_o shipwreck_n to_o save_v the_o good_n to_o do_v their_o utmost_a endeavour_n to_o save_v the_o ship_n or_o vessel_n tackle_n and_o apparel_n as_o also_o the_o merchant_n good_n as_o much_o as_o may_v out_o of_o which_o they_o shall_v have_v a_o meet_a compensation_n for_o their_o hazard_n and_o pain_n and_o any_o upon_o conviction_n of_o negligence_n herein_o shall_v be_v punish_v marriage_n and_o marry_a person_n it_o be_v order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o authority_n thereof_o 17._o l._n 2_o p._n 17._o that_o no_o man_n shall_v strike_v his_o wife_n nor_o any_o woman_n her_o husband_n on_o penalty_n of_o such_o fine_a not_o exceed_v ten_o pound_n for_o one_o offence_n or_o such_o corporal_a punishment_n as_o the_o county_n court_n shall_v
